When she finished my transaction, she went over to finish chatting with a customer. When I noticed a few ceramic coffee mugs hanging on the wall, I asked if they belonged to their regular customers. Indeed they were, one of whom she happened to be chatting with. Gotta love that! I left Donut Chain not just pleased to have scored a blueberry glazed donut, but also happy to witness the genuine, easygoing rapport that the employee and customer were enjoying.

i was a loyal customer up until today, this lady who i've never seen even though i am here 4/5 times a week was over charging me for my donuts and coffee and when i bright this up she immediately asked how much am i usually charged and then when i told her she's like that's the wrong amount and starts to yell at me. i say it's ridiculous to pay $5 for coffee which is more than the posted price. she has terrible customer service and ethics. read more
