AMAZING SERVICE! Went at 9:30am on a Saturday and was out of there 9:46! (15minutes for the oil change & 1minute for paying) Was assisted by Tyler & Mike and they were awesome! Mike greeted us with ice cold water and bid us a farewell with a complimentary wash and wipe of our windshield. Terrible service!! I went to this Take 5 Oil Change location for an oil change previously. When I returned for my next service, they told me they could not remove the drain plug because it was overtightened. The manager acknowledged that they were the ones who performed the previous service, but still refused to take responsibility. He told me I would need to go somewhere else to have the bolt removed, and when I asked who would cover the cost, his response was: "I don't know, it's not my car." When we expressed that we would leave a review, his response was dismissive and unprofessional, showing no concern for customer service or accountability. This situation was caused during their service, yet they refused to help resolve it. I had to take my vehicle elsewhere and pay out of pocket. I would not recommend this location based on the lack of responsibility and poor customer service. read more

This place should be called TAKE 55- I sat there at least 50 minutes before my car was serviced and I was in the bay. Seems the mgmt only felt the need to have 2 guys working and they did their best to accommodate me. I'd say TAKE 5 Is a ridiculous name for an oil change place that makes you sit and wait that long when they advertise a 5-10 minute oil change. Oh did I mention how expensive it was $160 for a full synthetic oil change no filters no wipers just oil change. Be aware people!!! read more

Still shocked by cost. Dealer charges $70, this group charged $130 for oil change! Ripped off, no coupons, no loyalty for previous customer, no discount of any kind. Will definitely go to dealer next time, which I would never have expected to say. read more

Military gets 25% off. Plus if you have a vehicle burning oil Take 5 tops it off a total of 2 quarts within the 3,000 oil change interval. One my visit I like to put BG EPR 109 solvent in my engine for ten minutes prior to immediately draining oil. Take 5 accommodated me. I parked ran the engine for 10 minutes and they drained the oil and replaced it. I also use BG MOA oil stabilizer so they added that to my new oil. Like the military I saw outstanding service and communication and they put two sets of eyes on everything they touched. With my 25% discount it ran $86. I will definitely go again in 3 to 5,000 miles. read more

I went here a few weeks ago and I have to let you know how professional the staff was here and how efficient they were....a great value and time saver from long wait times at other places...I know my time is valuable..they had me in and out and the customer service was excellent...they took care of my oil change and there was something else I mentioned I needed and my husband was getting infusion treatments and he told me to come by and they would take care of it which they did...they were friendly and very nice...I highly recommend taking your car here and it is a great value for what you get and time saving as well.... read more

I love take 5 my experiences both here and in TX have been nothing shy or perfect when they say in and out that's exactly what you get. I like how I don't have to get out of my car and they get my services done. Went to get my Hyundai a basic oil change on 2/23/25 and was met with a tech named Benjamin who insisted I get a synthetic oil change even though I've used conventional since I bought the car new in 2017. I declined and he instantly got an attitude, he then came back 3 more times saying that I needed to get synthetic or he would have to document it in his system that I was refusing what was required. As if I was in trouble with the Take 5 police. And when I went to pay Take 5 sent me a $5 coupon and when I showed mister Benjamin he turned around and said 'Of course you would have a coupon' and that's when I decided to write this review, never go there and deal with Benjamin because he's a little smart mouth kid talking to a 53yr old man like I was dumb. Stripped the thread on the pan of my car and blamed it on the previous dealership. The weird part is that she told me it was stripped and wouldn't tighten BEFORE the oil was drained... how did she know? Why was she tightening the plug before draining the oil? Car never leaked oil before and now it wont stop. They just blamed it on the previous shop "overtightening" and now I am left with a nice repair bill that they refuse take responsibility for. I will never use this place again. Side note, both of the employees working there were definitely acting like they were on drugs. They were fidgeting, bouncing all over the place and wouldnt stop talking without making much sense. read more

I stopped in Take 5 Oil Change today in Wesley Chapel off Hwy 54. I had a check engine light on and was afraid I was out of oil. Brandon was the kindest and most helpful man I have had the pleasure to meet. He checked my car with a device to find why my light was on. It was the gas cap. His crew checked my oil and it was a little below the mark, and they took care of that immediately. Everyone was very professional. Today was the best experience I have ever had at an oil change facility. I recommend Brandon and his crew highly at Take 5 Oil Change for your cars needs. They are kind, honest and caring. You always should check behind people. I made the mistake and car has been messed up since oil change and I should have listened to my neighbor. Didn't tighten up things. My neighbor been burning oil and leaking ever since she had hers. Never again will I go here. read more

Ive been using this service for years, this was the first time at this location, and I highly recommend these guys. Crew all had good attitudes, on point recommendations and all and all good hard work ethic. they were prompt and thorough with the service and quickly had me on my way. Will use again! read more
