I feel like I was taken advantage of because of my age, that he felt like he could give this back to the customer and say it a professional job which it wasn't. It had paint runs on both sides of the truck grind it out areas that weren't filled back in body lines were all off on cab corners. It was too difficult for him to mask off the frame of the truck so I had a bunch of white paint and undercoating on top of it to solve it. I should've known better to going backyard shop that should have no business even being able to touch another person's vehicle. No professional work was done to the truck Just the extra $1750 to fix it.

They cut corners on the repairs in 2015 to my 2013 Impala. My car was in perfect condition until a…read moretree limb fell on the roof right behind the sunroof after a really bad storm in May/June 2015. They left metal shavings every where that caused rust on the door hinges and caused issues with the windows rolling up and down, they didn't install the front windshield correctly and now there is a whistle, sliced the weather stripping on rear quarter glass and didn't admit to it, the roof molding pieces weren't installed in the right spot, there is a vibration from the sun roof cover, after repair there is a rattle in the rear end (same thing happened after taking my previous car there). After taking my husbands truck for repair after hail damage, they didn't realign the hood correctly. When all these issues and problems were brought to their attention, they refused to correct them and were very dismissive.
