I was in the area over the holiday and needed to get a tire repaired before my travels home. Even though it was Black Friday and they were super busy, they were able to squeeze me in for a service appointment. I arrived early and my car went straight back to the garage. The customer lounge is the nicest lounge I've ever waited in - new, clean leather chairs and couches, a tv in the corner, fresh donuts from the bakery in town, a Keurig machine to make your favorite beverage, and magazines/newspapers to read while you're waiting. They also had free WiFi and a password posted on the wall for your reference. As we were leaving, they were laying out a free lunch for anyone who was around - you can't beat that!

They just said they fixed it without our consent. The next day they call again saying actually they mixed our mower up with another customer's mower, and ours hadn't been touched! Lady got nasty with me when I told her to forget it - we'd go some place else. Are you kidding me? Do NOT go to this place if you want any kind of timely or honest service. If you're willing to wait and wonder and then maybe (probably not) get your service, go ahead and come here. Lancaster is full of good, honest businesses. Where do we even begin?!?! We were led to Les Mack by my father in law, who had been looking for a…read morenew truck for around 6 months. He had gone to a large majority of dealerships, and was not happy with either the truck, the service, or both. He made the 1.5 hour drive from their home to Lancaster, and as soon as they stepped on the lot and were greeted, they knew this trip would be the one. They initially bought a used 2017 Silverado. Absolutely loved it. They signed the paperwork on a Tuesday, and were set to pick it up on Saturday. Well, Wednesday my father in law had gotten a call from another dealer, with a very competitive and enticing offer. He called up Gary Whittaker immediately and told him the situation. Gary worked his magic, and was able to get my father in law an even better deal on a BRAND NEW SILVERADO. They made some changes, Gary worked even more magic, and traded the paperwork in on the 2017, and walked away with the 2019! The truck of his dreams! Gary spent so much time with them to make sure that they understood every aspect of their new vehicle (which was no easy task) and was just an absolute JOY! My husband had gone with his dad to pick up his new truck and got to talking with the Sales Manager Brian, and explained to him that my husband was looking to purchase me a new truck for my birthday. I had a VERY specific F150 that I was looking for. We had given up on buying right now, because we were just not able to find it. My husband took Gary's number, and they remained in contact over the next couple of days. And Gary called my husband with the best news! Brian and Gary worked their magic AGAIN, and were able to locate my DREAM TRUCK! My husband was so impressed with these two, and their dedication to us, and finding exactly what we wanted! We ended up buying ourselves a brand new Ford F-150 just one week after my husband's father bought his Silverado. We picked up my truck just before my birthday, and to my surprise, my husband had a bouquet of flowers waiting for me in the truck all with the help of Gary! We recently moved to very rural small town and one of our vehicles broke down here. We had to have…read morea 59 mile tow for the services needed. Our 25 year Triple AAA Plus Autoclub membership was of no avail, one week later, they were still empty handed trying to contract a tow truck. Despite money NOT being an object, Nobody would haul our vehicle PERIOD ... aside from one Amazing company ... Just Move it. I didn't think to ask them because I knew they specialized in really big equipment hauls and coincidentally, a close friend had used them too for long hauls out of his Temecula CA ranch. I asked them if they could haul it and they said indeed we can. I hired them on the spot, NOT even bothering to ask them what the price would be. They sent TWO (2) people to retrieve our vehicle. It landed at the mechanics shop within just over an hour. When I got my invoice from them I was in shock. They did not gouge, they were VERY Fair/Reasonable. Everyone that I dealt with from Just Move It were very kind and professional. We will continue to own and drive our beloved Mercedes vehicles. Many, Many Thanks JMI.
