Went here with mom for pedicures and a full SRT and maincure for my mom. Pedicures were okay but they overcharged easily $10-15 for your pedis without gel and painted the white French tips over with pink and it looks terrible less than a week later. My french white tip full set with gel is peeling up and a horrible job. I will never recommend going here. I was aggreviated and annoyed when I looked closer. The job was quick fast and cheap. I even had her wax my lip and she didn't give me a mirror and hair was still there. I was charged $87 which is way over what i pay and they were shady about their price list. My moms toes and nails didn't look as bad as mine but she left paying $65 which was way over priced. I will never go here again. read more

I went here for the first time after being rudely turned away from Martinee nails. Techs were SO nice. Manager and tech introduced themselves which seems so rare nowadays. In most places you get a tech who doesn't say a word to you. These ladies are nice!! My old Salon Vista nails closed suddenly, so now I think I have a new place. Excellent customer service. My sister-in-law recommended this shop and I was pleasantly surprised with the quick service and friendliness of the staff. It was clean and bright which I appreciate. My teen-aged daughter was convinced to get her nails done to help stop her nail-biting habit. My husband was very satisfied with his pedicure as well. Nice salon. Friendly people. However kinda pricey. I paid 38 dollars for a basic pedicure. I added callous remover and hot stone which should have been a few dollars extra... Not nearly 40 dollars! Plus when I called in the make the appt I was told I would get a discount when I came in. None was offered. Plus one of my toe nails is square and one is round. They need to match. With tip it was 42.00 for a very basic pedicure . She needs to revisit her pricing and provide the discounts she is offering over the phone. Yiu can find regular similar oedi's in this neighborhood including callous and hot stone for about 25.00 total. I paid 17 dollars more . Not happy with the prices. read more

The pedi cannot be considered a pedi as my feet got wet and my toes were painted, that's it. Two days later my toe polish was chipping. Four days later my gel nails were chipping. I went there a few times to get my eyebrows waxed. I think they just don't like long thick eyebrows. Today my eyebrows are looking thin and round. Not what i asked them to do and not the first time. I tried explaining and also mimicked the shape I wanted. How else do I explain??? Oh also both my eyebrows look different, greattttt. And the women refuse to aceept that there is a difference. I was referred here by a girl at the bank. Her nails looked amazing over Christmas. I stopped in this afternoon. They were busy and asked me to return in half an hour. When I got back I chose my color and the design I wanted on my nails. Jimmy was amazing and so creative. Wynn did my pedicure and my feet feel wonderful. The staff is friendly and engaging. Came to Topline nails because our normal place was closed for the holiday. They were friendly, welcoming, and clean. Basic pedi had a nice massage to it. The nail tech did a very nice job. Second time I was in my daughter asked for a paw print design, the lady rushed it showed me quickly the design and put her under the drying lamp. This was the worst mani/pedi I've ever had. I went in before a weekend trip and was immediately taken back bc no one was there, now I know why. The girls that worked there were friendly the owner not so much, she sat at the desk talking to a friend the whole time. The entire salon was FILTHY! Dirt all over the walls and nail stations. I got gel on my finger nails which was chopped before the weekend was over; my pedicure lasted a little longer but for a French pedi the lines weren't very neat. I went to Top Line for an eyebrow waxing because it was convenient and close to me. When I got there I noticed a girl who was waiting before me. Within 2 minutes of being there she put her polish back and walked out. (Assuming she had been waiting a while). The nail tech stopped what she was doing and ran out and told her they could do her nails now. I should of taken this as a sign that maybe I should go elsewhere but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They lady that did my waxing was friendly and professional. Mind you my eyebrows are big and I have a lot of hair so they have a lot to work with. That being said I got home and with further inspection I noticed that the hairs between my eyebrows WERE STILL THERE. It looked as if she didn't even wax there at all. They were completely uneven and one of the tails to my eyebrows were significantly shorter than the other. I had been letting them grow out for months now so I know for a fact they were at an even length before I went in. I'm not one to write a review but if I can save someone the headache of getting their eyebrows completely butchered then I'm going to do so. Please save your money and do not waste your time. I was considering going back in and having them redo it but I would much rather finish the job myself than have them mess them up even more so. read more

Another nail salon I absolutely love. All the artists here are so friendly. As soon as I walked through the door, there were 2 ladies that greeted me with a smile. I told them I didn't have an appointment and hoped they were able to take me in and they did. I got a mani and a pedicure. My lady took her time on me. Took some girls to get their nails done and boy were they happy! The new owners are husband and wife and they sure take care of their customer base! Hannah the wife was so kind to everyone as was her husband. The little ones with us got candy, the adults got water, the pedicure chairs are. Incredible. The manicure comes with a mini shoulder massage an extra no one with me had ever experienced and the ladies were SO thrilled and impressed. The manicures seemed inexpensive but lasted quite some time. Even a basic "mani pedi" or whatever you ladies call it was well worth the money and more. Im new in town, actually new to AZ. It was my good friends (practically sister) birthday and we were excited about getting pampered before her birthday dinner. I made an appointment prior to make sure we had a nice nail appointment without the feeling of being rushed or having to wait. When we first walked in my initial thought was " oh its nice in here and theres complimentary water too!" They sat us sown right away and started on out nails. The cosmetologist i had was extremely quiet and distant.she didn't seem to want to be bothered by me. She had makeup on from the night before and her hair was greasy. This was a turn off considering i was there to be beautified and she looked like she rolled out of bed. I took my 6 year old daughter for a mani pedi as well and they charges me an extra 5 bucks for 1 flower on her thumb. Maybe im used to California and the way they do things. At the end of my visit i paid 97$ for full set, child mani pedi, and a pedicure. It was over priced and the workmanship is garbage. I will not be going back . read more

My boyfriends 6 year old daughter and I decided to get a kids mani/pedi for her and myself a gel mani. We walked in and one lady was waiting for 15 min per sign-in sheet. She got called back. We waited another 20 min and then a mother and her daughter came in. They got called back within 5 min. They may of had an appt, which is fine. But let US know how long the wait would of been at least. We were under impression it was gonna only be a few min wait. I just would have liked clear communication. They were rude and didn't try to explain why the mother and daughter got to go first. We won't be back. read more

I had a shellac manicure and it was pretty bad. The gel was all over my cuticles so it started to lift after a few days. They put too many coats of polish on too. The eyebrow wax was good though. read more

My manicure was great but my daughters fill was pretty bad. Not filed down. You can totally see the line from the fill and there's a lot of space between her nail and the cuticle. They put clear gel polish on top of hers without asking me and charged an extra $8 because of it! First time visit and not going back again. read more

My family got me a gift certificate to this salon. I finally used it and am so happy I did. I went in after work at 6 pm without an appointment. They were able to complete a gel mani/pedi complete with hot rocks and a mini massage in an hour. Helen did a great job on my toes and I'm finally not embarrassed to wear sandals in public.
