And then another 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours there on Saturday morning trying to fix it. i spent 160 for the nails and my lashes for it to be a complete waste. please do not go here. My first mistake was thinking that I could get my lashes done in the same place that I get my nails done. They did everything in their power not to give me my money back. They tried to fix it. Nail paint quality is not the best. Nail tech skinned my fingers with the roller file more than once even after telling her she burned skin. I left there with raw and inflamed cuticles. I asked for matte black gel polish and she painted on uneven coats so it looks bumpy. The color itself is pretty but the texture is not what I expected. For 36 dollars and a tip included- I would go to a better nail salon in the future. Update : it's been one day and my nail already chipped. If i could give 0 stars i would. Came here on friday and got my nails done, wasn't happy with how the length was uneven from my thumb and the rest of the nails or with how bumpy my nails were but i figured it wasn't a big deal and i would just try another place next time. Well, today (wednesday) when i was in class i noticed there was like a bubble underneath the top layer of nail polish. Turns out they never dried all the way though (gel polish) so i checked my other nails and 3 of them didn't dry through!! I just went back to have them fixed. The guy fixing my nails accidentally BUFFED two of my other nails. Towards the end i asked if i can dry them at least one more time around because i didn't want this to happen again. he goes "no they're dry" and sent me on my way. like are you serious?? I will never come back here and i suggest yall don't either. 50 dollars for a bad experience. read more

I will not be returning. The tools did not look clean, the surface was not clean either . I wanted a gel manicure, the man did not file my nails at all so they are very uneven and I was hoping for better care of my cuticles. When he started painting them the paint was dripping onto the table and he then dabbed the brush into the paint that dropped on the table onto my nails. I returned here today because it was late & nobody near my house carried the dipping powder- I was impressed as it looked a lot nicer & cleaner then the last time I went So I walked in and I told him I wanted a French Manicure Refill (Dipping Powder) with dark pink underneath & sparkles if he had that color. He had something close so he then suggested an Ombré which I was clearly hesitant about because I'm a 31 year old Mom- I don't need anything crazy. **He never once said it would be extra because I DEFINITELY would not have agreed to it. I prefer the professional polished look of a regular French manicure** So while my nails were drying I looked up the average price of dipping powder french manicure's & it was between $30-$35. I showed him this & he said dipping powder isn't a refill? UM Ok? I got a gel manicure done by a older man with glasses. Was nothing but pleased with the service, he placed a warm towel on my neck and gave me a great hand massage and it's been two weeks and the manicure hasn't chipped or peeled off at all which is hard to get when getting a gel manicure, noticed that he used freshly wrapped nail tools as well which was very refreshing cause it's not seen a lot at salons. very happy and deff going back to get my fill my next day off. read more

I usually check Yelp before I try a new place when it comes to nails, and I saw Top Nails had pretty great reviews and their work looked pretty good from their photos. I decided to try it out and I was not happy. Maybe it was just that specific nail tech. I got a full set done. I got cut numerous times so what should have been relaxing ended up being painful. That I can deal with though, it happens from time to time. The thing that got me was all of my nails were uneven. Noticeably uneven. It made them look pretty bad to be honest, especially on top of the noticeable cuts I had on my fingers. I don't think I'll be returning to Top Nails :( read more

They did a horrible job on my gel fill! The older woman in there rushed on my nails, she was burning me, and hurting me while doing them. I didnt complain, but one day later the GEL NAIL POLISH was peeling off and chipping on all of the nails. When I went in to get them fixed they claimed that OPI does that all the time. Which is a complete lie! They also wanted to give me the same older woman to fix my nails and I refused! This nail salon is TERRIBLE!!!! Went in for a pedicure with my two little sisters. I had asked for my toenails to be cut down just alittle not to short and the older man cut them so short! I explained to him please don't cut anymore which he then proceeded to cut even more while pulling the skin with the nail. He started to file and I told him no please don't file any shorter they're short enough. HE KEPT CUTTING AND FILING. It took the girl next to me to tell him to stop. I wanted to cry I was all cut up and my toenails looked terrible. I told them someone else needs to do something to fix it. Another woman came over literally had to redo my whole pedicure and added powder to make my big toes longer and get the shape back. My litter sisters nail tech was flirting with another guy in there the whole time and not paying any attention. They charge $35 for a REGULAR pedicure that's unheard of. I used to go there and they were awesome, until just before they expanded when I noticed problems. I went for a special event, and was a dip is better for natural nails. I was told they could do the silver dip, and put a small crown on one finger of each hand. They gave me to a manicurist that did not understand any English. I explained what I wanted the dip she shook her head yes. She asked "cut the nails" and I said no, and she did anyway. Then she used a gel in pink (then white) not silver dip! Then she would not change it, and they would not do the crown! So I went for something specific and did not get any of it! And they charged me $40 for it! I will never go back -- understand what the client is saying or get someone who does! Now I have nails I hate and it cost me too much to get them done again -- I am retired and on a limited income, so this was big for me. So very disappointed and unhappy with the service.
