They were referred to me by my remediation vendor, who I've also been using for many years. 4 Elements Environmental ("4EE" for short for the purpose of this review) has been great both times I've used them. Their number one trait in my opinion is their communication. They return calls promptly, and are very polite and patient. After an appointment is set, they follow up with reminders and even send a courtesy message when the technician is on the way (which is SUPER APPRECIATE when dealing with arrival windows). Their pricing is also fair in my opinion, where I've worked with companies more & less expensive. But none of them communicated like 4EE which is a big deal for me in my business. I highly recommend them if you need their services. I appreciate they answered all my questions, in person and over the phone, and I never once felt the technician was annoyed or impatient with me. Very professional.

The bad reviews were correct about this company. My public adjuster insisted on using them. I called them and they got in touch with the general contractor out there right away and showed up on time and on both jobs did a great job. They know what they are doing and they test all their samples. Their prices are super fair and we now need to look no further for another company to do our mold, environmental inspections. I found them on Yelp and they were answered the phone straight away. There are many I have found that are rude and think they are ever so special. Vert is not like that all all. I got the testing done, it came back positive for asbestos. I panicked. I called Pacific Environmental for an estimate on the job. Armando and Arturo came out to assess the job and provide with me with a quote. To my surprise, the price was only slightly higher than the regular remediation company. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordability. Additionally, they promised me the job would be completed in 1 day! WOW! This would be best case scenario. The office staff was also very kind and helpful with prompt estimate and response time. Today was the day of the job, I was very anxious and worried due to the fact that my parent's house is very old.
