I'm not going to lie... getting these tests are extremely stressful, just because you don't know what's going to come up. One thing that I did appreciate was that they are a testing company only, and don't do any post work, so they don't have any reason to tell you that you need more than you really do. I also loved that they gave you all the numbers and prices ahead of time so that you knew what to expect depending on the number of samples they had to take. Because the house is on the larger side with a ton of popcorn ceilings and wallpaper, everything took a little over 90-minutes to complete. Within 48-hours we had our first report with results, and two days after that, a full report with photos was in our email inbox. Jake himself called to make sure we understood what was sent, and was available for any additional questions after the fact.
