There was some sort of miscommunication, maybe he didn't think I was coming that day, but I drove one hour all the way from Tracy to San Jose just to be told by One of the other employees that we're in store that called him and asked him his whereabouts and was told he was out on a mobile detail and told me if I could come another day. So I followed up and I messaged him just to be left on read so I sent another follow up message a couple days later just to be left on read again. I Filled out a quote on there site for window tinting. In my quote i said 7 windows, 4 doors plus the little triangle windows and rear glass. the site says they will respond immediately to book an appointment. I waited a week to here back and in the week of waiting i went to the business and waited in the lobby for 10 minutes and no one helped me. they were to busy cutting people hair in the next room. finally i get a text message when do i want to schedule an app. i asked how much and was quoted a price so i said lets book it. we booked for the following saturday at 8am. I was sitting in front of the office at 8am when i get a text something came up and they have to reschedule. I contacted the tinter for over a month and never could get in to busy. even though they cancelled my app day of i should have been a priority i wasn't. now he's finally available and wants double the price because there was a miscommunication and he quoted for 2 doors and rear window. I asked if they would do less since i waited over a month and cancelled on and they wont do anything. Not very good business. read more

He's also done the seemingly impossible with wet sanding as a dull hood with a subpar paint job was transformed into a mirror glaze.
