She could only speak to us via translator on her phone, not a problem, but when I asked questions about the services after we had paid- she told me on her phone to "kiss for 10 minutes". I was like what? She then changed to to "wait 10 minutes". Another girl showed up, also dressed a certain way. The massage was terrible and then when we were done, they demanded more money from us. It was the worst massage I ever had. My new hubby suggested coming to Top Reflexology Spa because he had massages there pre-pandemic. I called twice to see about an appointment. No answer; my hubby thought they might be busy. When I arrived, the signage said under new management. When we walked in, the air smelled like old cigarettes. They were not busy. We requested full-body 1-hour massages. They required payment before we received services; I asked if we could tip at the end because I didn't understand tipping before you receive a service. We were walked to the back and told to be disrobbed. We were given a towel to cover our lower parts, but for half of my massage, my towel was missing, and I was lying there in my undergarments. Every time I look at my hubby, he has an entirely different experience. He had oil during his massage. His hot stones didn't burn his back. My massage therapist kept rubbing my butt a lot (I have massages on cruises, luxury spas, spas in Korea, and massage schools), and no one has ever spent that much time on my butt. Also, I felt like her hands were traveling somewhere that boarded the line of assault. One review gave this place 1 star for being a deep tissue massage... that's on you if you never look into what you are paying money for. We bought Groupons and were greeted by friendly staff when entering. They led us to a private room that was the cleanest we had seen in the area for foot massages. They started with our back, then moved onto our feet for 90 minute. Having gotten foot massages in Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Singapore... this ranks one of the top foot massages . Very good pressure, we both felt wonderful after the 90 minutes. The review where the lady got a bruise from a massage... If you are Czar Alexei Nikolaevich or haemophilic... maybe you should just not go to a deep tissue massage? read more

I was looking for a nice place to get a relaxing foot massage and i stumbled upon this place. They had a $25 special so thats all i needed to hear.. I was sold. When i arrived the lady tried to say the $25 was for feet only, but i kindly showed her their flyer said it also includes a neck, shoulder, and arm massage. She looked shocked and tried to recommend the $40 deal, but i insisted on sticking to what i came for. She took me back to a dimly lit room with alot of chairs and in the back were massage tables with curtains for privacy. She started massaging my shoulders but had to keep getting up to answer the phones at the front desk. It was hard to relax because she kept stopping. Eventually she stopped leaving. It was me and 3 other people in there, so u do have to listen to other people's conversations. It wasn't a big deal but it was a distraction. My biggest issue was having to hear the gentleman in the massage room moaning. It wasn't a normal ooohhh ahhh moan, i thought it was soft core porn happening back there and it was loud. Smh... Lol... Seriously uncomfortable for everyone. Once he left i finally could relax. The lady used alot of pressure. So if you prefer light pressure let them know in the beginning. She was a little lady but those hands were strong... It felt good... At the end she did cupping, which was slightly painful but not so bad that you can't tolerate it. Overall $25 was a fantastic deal. I felt like a million bucks for like an hour. Then omg the pain. I felt like I'd worked out for days. I was so tender. So definitely speak up if it hurts. Don't do what i did and keep quite... You'll regret it... Lesson learned. I'll definitely return. This is nice if u just need a short getaway for yourself and you have an hour to spare. I purchased the couples massage deal via Groupon. They advertised for 130-min, but that's combined, so it is actually 65 mins per person. Overall, my partner and I had good experience here and felt very much relaxed. Take the bad reviews into account but I'd give this place a shot. They have at least 5+ massage rooms to accommodate. I would recommend to let them know or ask about the pressure. I normally ask for them to go lighter on me and the gentlemen who massaged me did a great job. I think the transitions could be a little smoother. Less noises, less talking between masseuses during the session. If you are thinking about purchasing from Groupon, give them a call first. I was stuck with a Groupon certificate and nobody understands English. No massage certificates visible to public (required by law) and they tried to up sell everything so it wasn't relaxing at all They gave me a 10 min clothed massage on back and the rest of the paid 60 min massage was either on my feet or the therapist (chinese teenager) kept leaving the room. The hot stone massage was actually 3 mins on the arches of my feet. When I started to leave, the main guy stopped me and informed me that Groupon was for massage room only. Great little Asian massage place! They are open late and very accommodating. Rooms are largely broken up into two bed/chair rooms, which affords a bit more privacy than most Asian foot massage spas. We've had the $35/hr foot massage before, which was very good (includes hot foot soak and 15 min back/shoulder massage) but did the $49/hr combo this time (30 min foot/30 min body) which ended up being perfect. We started out with a hot foot soak on reclining lounge chairs followed by the foot and lower leg massage. They are very generous with towels to cover the upper body and the eyes, another nice touch. Jack, my therapist, had the perfect touch of pressure to hit tight spots without being overly painful. We then moved to a different room with a massage table and headrest where we removed our tops for a full back/shoulder/neck massage complete with oil and hot stones. Again Jack was very careful to make sure my head was in a good spot and hair was out of the way. At the end they placed heated weighted beanbag pillows on upper and lower back as they finished up, which was a luxurious touch. The interior wasn't fancy, but it was clean and the therapists were well trained and provided an excellent massage with a lot of nice extras usually missing from Asian massage spas. Absolutely amazing!! The place is very peaceful and relaxing. My first impression of the spa was very pleasing. I was greeted with a smile and treated like a queen from the moment you walk in. Now, to the massage. Boy oh boy was that amazing. Every knot was massaged and my right foot had been bothering me, so that was massaged out. I found this spa via Groupon and was sadly disappointed. First, I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my massage to begin because they were so understaffed the masseuse had to check other people in, answer the phone, and do administrative tasks before starting. Then he was entirely too rough despite me saying multiple times that it hurt. Next, he kept stopping to answer the door and do other things while I was getting my massage. While I was waiting, he was arguing loudly with another masseuse. The whole time I was there, it felt like a burden and he was rushing to get me out of there. This place is disgusting. We went to get a couples massage and they had a paper towel on the part of the massage table where you put your face on. Mine fell on the floor by accident when the massage therapist opened a cabinet. I pointed it out to her and she says "oh" and picked up the paper towel and put it back on the table. I said "I'm sorry but I'm not comfortable with that can I please have a new one." Should have been the end of discussion but she argued with me back and forth until I lost it and said "I'm not putting my face on the paper towel that was on the ground what's wrong with you?" Finally she put a new one one but I was done. While leaving we told the man at the desk we are leaving and he asked why and I told him what happened and how the lady argued with me and tried to brush it off even when I said I was uncomfortable (I'm pretty sure it's not following covid 19 guidelines to do that) and then he seemed to be annoyed with me so I left. Who knows what could have happened before I got there are they even washing and sanitizing stuff right? The rooms were dingy and the blanket I was supposed to cover my body with was very wrinkled and dingy looking too. I'm glad I got out of there it's just not worth it. read more

Not at all relaxing. Noise from others and from staff. Been to other foot spas before and in comparison this place is just awkward. Not organized and pushy with sales. I'm appreciative of staff that is learning to communicate, even through gestures or partial phrases, but that was not the case here. I purchased a 90 minute massage for Valentine's weekend 2022. We arrived 20 mins. early. They did not ask us to fill out paperwork for any allergies or inform us of our package. They finally started on our couples massage 25 mins after our scheduled appointment. The facility was dank and the massage beds were disgustingly hard. When they finished our massages 15 mins earlier than what was stated on our Groupon voucher I was livid and my better half was not pleased and was ready to go. This is the very first place we had ever experienced such behavior and unprofessionalism. We are very avid Groupon couples massage purchasers, we try and find deals as often as possible due to our stressful jobs. So basically we go every 3 months. We felt duped and cheated. The worst massage experience I've ever had. My girlfriend bought us a Groupon for 130 minutes of full body and feet. First the tables we laid on were too short and had the hardest face padding. We both were constantly adjusting our face and head to get more comfortable. Once started she asked her masseuse to lower his pressure not once, twice, but THREE times. We only got roughly an hour done when they said we were finished. The masseuse barely touched my feet and didn't touch my girlfriend's at all. They only touched our backs, arms, and neck. Literally every other place has done both the back and front of our bodies as expected and they did not. When we asked about it we were told that we both got "65 minutes each for a total of 130 minutes" and that we had to "ask for feet to be done too" even though it clearly stated that on the Groupon it was included. We've gotten multiple massages at different places and never have they said the time was combined or that feet would be extra. Nowhere on the Groupon did it mention a "combined 130 minutes" either. Now it's the day after and my girlfriend is experiencing MORE BACK PAIN than before we went because they didn't listen to her. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

Best reflexology joint in town hands down. Staff is always friendly and walk-ins get seen immediately. This is my go-to-place when I just need to unwind. Reflexology spa's are different than Western massage. Less specific focus and they tend to be a little less "library-like" in quietness. Also, don't be surprised if they run out to answer the phone or greet a guest. Don't worry they won't short your time its just a cultural difference. First of all, you have to wear your mask the entire massage. The head rest has paper towels on it which is extremely uncomfortable the entire time. It's super rough on your face. The sheet they have to lay under doesn't cover you completely, and I'm average height. There is a huge language barrier so you can't voice what is wrong or is going on. Okay time for the massage part, I went for a couples massage. By far the worst massage I've ever had, and the girl I went with said the same exact thing. They don't ask you if you have any injuries, or if there is anything that you need special focus on. 20 minutes of the massage was done over the sheet. Other massages they traditionally do your whole back and legs, and then you flip over and lay on the pillow and they finish rubbing your traps, neck, and the front of your legs, but not here. You are on your stomach the entire time. I told my massage therapist multiple times it was too hard and she just giggled and said sorry. We are both extremely sore, and can barely move. I left in worse shape than I came in. I don't know how this place has decent reviews, but if you check the date all the reviews from this year, they are terrible. Please choose another place. I found this company online from Groupon and called them to make sure that I could schedule for the time that I needed. The owner Kevin asked me not to purchase the groupon and whatever discount they were offering they would honor it, so that's what I did. I had a couples lymphatic drainage massage. During the massage I had to tell Kevin several times that he was being too hard and to calm down, but you would think he'd have common sense to know that but the noises I was making and constant taping and kicking I was doing. The massage/service was cut short because I couldn't take it. I'd read that you'd probably be sore a while after this type of massage; however after a week or so went by and I was still sore I contacted them to let them know and the owner Kevin tried to act as of now, he didn't understand English and needed a interpreter. They asked for my name, date and time of appointment and cc# and was able to confirm I was there. Kevin then stated he would see who did my massage and would call me back, but he was the one who did my massage. Days went by and I didn't hear from anyone, so I made an appointment with the chiropractor and my pcp. I called back to Kevin at the spa and he's still playing games and told me to take it up in court and that's exactly what I plan to do. read more
