While they are very friendly, we became frustrated with the different crews showing up each week-- they left the gate open multiple times causing our dog to get out (despite signs and repeated reminders), and never clean the salt water system filter even after we showed it to them. This went on for about 9 months I would guess. The final straw was when they showed up to clean the pool while there was a painting crew present two weeks ago. They told the painters they would come back later but never returned. When we followed up with the office a few days later about when they were returning we were told they had already cleaned the pool, and provided us a photo as supporting evidence. I'm not sure who is responsible for that lie, however, we have two cameras pointed at our pool AND our gate monitoring company sends us texts every time someone on our list enters the neighborhood. I bought an electric pool cleaner that was expensive but doesn't clog the filter and makes less wear on the pool motor. Unfortunately after 3 months it stopped working. After checking it out they said the motor went and would get it replaced quickly. They found out that the motor was on back order so they called the rep and told them to send me a new pool cleaner so I wouldn't have to wait for a back order. The owners are very proactive with customers and I am very appreciative of that.
