Super fast diagnosis of the old computer! In less than 2 hours of dropping it off he had figured out my computer was not worth the trouble and money to try to repair it. I figured that was the case. It was old and had lived a very good life. He has initially thought perhaps a reload of the operating system might fix my problem. At less than $100 I was keeping my fingers crossed that would be my solution. But nope. There was no charge for the estimate and diagnosis. So I told them to keep the nonworking relic and I would be in to see what they had in a refurbished PC to replace it. They had 5 or 6 like new PCs available...all for less than $250. I walked out with a refurbished Dell with Windows 10 and a super fast processor. I went home and plugged it in and booted it up; everything loaded and connected just as he said. He assured me if I had any issues just to call and he'd walk me through it. Very pleasant and knowledgeable customer service. Honest and professional. I will admit it was a bit of a drive from my house. But to get Top Tech help, it's worth it. read more

So this is my first yelp review, so bare with me. I took my computer here after Christmas because I received new parts for my computer. When I arrived the worker that greeted me on my arrival helped me carry my computer and the new parts into the store from my car. I thought this was really nice of him. After that I left my computer there, so the worker could work on the pc and make sure everything was good to go. When it was ready to be picked up I came by and they helped carry the computer and the old parts back to my car. Later on I had issues with the new fans I installed into my computer because I needed a new exhaust fan, so I brought the computer back in and the workers worked on it and then I took it home free of charge this time. This is amazing service that I will go to again if I have any problems and I recommend anyone else that have computer problems to come here. read more

I've been messing with OS structures trying to make legacy programs work in Vista/7/10 for years, and when I do something wrong, I've always been able to fix what I've broken. Recently, I messed it up to the point where I couldn't fix it; these guys got it back to 110% of previous functionality and retained all the data that I had stranded. My MacBook broke when trying to install a new software update and I took it here because Apple is impossible to get a hold of/make an appointment with. Thank goodness for that though because the people at Top tech experts were beyond nice, reasonable, and helpful!! I was pretty panicked about losing the data on my computer but Alex (I think is his name) stayed passed their closing time to work on it, was realistic about what he could do (which was a lot), and didn't overcharge at all. Had a bad experience here with a laptop repair. Waiting for part to become available and left $1900 laptop with them. Was notified later that my laptop had been scrapped and I wasn't notified til I called in for an update. After several weeks, I got a replacement, but comparable in processing speed only as not same size, bells and whistles, or quality of my lost laptop. I accepted as settlement, but I would never do business with these guys again after an incident like this. read more

Brought in an older Dell laptop that would no longer boot up properly. After some analysis Top Tech called and said motherboard was throwing errors. Could save my data and replace the board for $250 or, put me into a newer,faster HP laptop for the same price (they have a bunch of used ones from a corporation), plus port all my data over. It was a no brainer. Got a virtually new HP laptop, Windows 10, plus all my data for $250. Very pleased. read more

Dishonest Practices.Do not trust this business! The owner refused to work on my machine issues unless I purchased a used laptop for $225. It was a fair price and I waited a month for it to arrive. It reportedly wasn't available with the required capabilities and they switched it for one $75.00 more. Having taken the bait I agreed to this switch. I also informed them that I would need additional time to make that price. Now with my hardware in it, the owner emailed me that he was about to sell the machine to a customer with more money. He didn't keep his word and threw a hissy fit on the phone. I was later able to get my machine back and am having it independently checked out to see it has the original parts. I wish you could give higher than a five. Auto and technology services always leave me feeling like I'm about to get taken because I don't have the knowledge to know if what I'm told is true. I know that Top Tech is a business of people with integrity. I needed a diagnostic run on my computer for my insurance company. They reported the facts, wrote up a report, and sent me on my way. They spent time on my computer and didn't even want compensation for it. It was a bit of a drive but based on the reviews I felt it was my best option. We took our computer in, and within 24 hours they had provided complimentary diagnostics, called us with an estimate, and when we agreed to the work they were able to fix the problem by the end of the day. In addition, we called them to get advice on a different computer problem and they gave us a suggestion on what we could try at home and it worked. Couldn't be happier! read more

I visit the store on Bingle and will not go anywhere else, They always solve my issues at a fraction of the price anywhere else. I always purchase refurbished computers from them. The refurbished units do the trick-never have any issues. The service is very quick-often same day. I discovered Top Tech when Channel 13 did a recommendation on them. Overall great experience. Drove from Seattle to Houston, and one of my RAM sticks wiggled loose, causing the OS to corrupt when I booked my machine up. Since I didn't have the boot disk/USB on me, I took it in to these guys. They got me back up and running in no time. Will definitely return in the future for problems I can't fix. read more
