I decided to just purchase a whole new keyboard to insert into my laptop and went back to Champion to have them install it for me. The keyboard was $15 I paid separately for on Amazon and the 2 minutes it took him to actually install it cost me $37 with tax. Definitely feel like I was ripped off and wish I would've just watched a video on YouTube myself to install the keyboard. Nice staff and quick but WAY OVERPRICED for something so small for them to do.
