I obliged and reschedule to their next available appointment, which was Tuesday at 3pm. No problem... Tuesday comes around, no-show, no-text, no-call. I'm not going to go chase after them or try to call them to see what happened. What is even more irritating was that I commute to Cupertino for work (I live in Hayward). The detail service was set to take place in Hayward. I had to coordinate a carpool situation and ask my brother to stay at home JUST to meet them to work on my car. The lack of consideration for my time is offensive to say the least. I didn't ask for any favors, i just wanted to get my car cleaned. I appreciate honesty, and if they quoted me too cheap or overbooked, a text would of been nice to discuss other solutions. 2 Stars because Jeff had a great personality over the phone.

When I came across Jalil's company, i was happy to see so many 5 start Google reviews. Reading through some of them gave me the confidence to schedule full detail for both of our cars. I was happy to see a young man show up on time, ready to work. He spent several hours detailing our two SUVs and he did a sold job. He had all the proper equipment and took time to explain his process. He also has a scheduling and payment app, which makes everything run smooth. We all have little things and details we pay attention to when it comes to our cars, and I was happy to see that Jalil went into all the little nooks and crevices I'd usually need to prompt someone else to do. I'm happy to say that we now found our guy in the East Bay, and he's already added us to a regular monthly schedule. He's been at this for 5 years now and i can see why his business grew and is expanding, since the service was excellent and there's definitely a strong demand for this type of a service - without much supply, at least compared to SoCal. I opted for the Prince Elite package since my car really needed a good scrub down of its exterior & interior. Marco, the detailer, did a fantastic job. My car was super sandy from past fishing & camping trips, and he got everything out! He even got out old bug and sap stains from the windows. My car is super shiny now, and I'm happy all of the sand/dirt marks are gone. I'm super happy I found Elyon Mobile Detail because it was very convenient to have them come to me. Had to drop a review for Armando at ProTek Shine Studio, the guy seriously knows his stuff…read more A buddy of mine (who has the same car as me) recommended Armando, and after seeing his results and checking out ProTek's work on other high-end vehicles, I decided to go for it. I brought my car in for PPF, ceramic coating, and ceramic window tint. What stood out right away was how thorough Armando was during the initial consultation. Before he even gave me a quote, he carefully inspected the car for any paint flaws and actually pointed out some imperfections I didn't even realize were there. Instead of just wrapping over them, he took the time to correct as much as he could before starting the PPF install. The quality of the work is top-tier. The PPF looks clean and precise, the ceramic coating has made cleaning the car ridiculously easy (water just slides right off), and the ceramic tint was done perfectly. Armando is real, transparent, and super easy to talk to. No pressure, no sales gimmicks, just honest advice and quality work. If you're thinking about getting PPF or tint, do yourself a favor and talk to Armando first. Can't recommend him and ProTek enough.
