It was a basic wash and the service was fast. I gave 3 stars because I felt $25 was a little much considering it was a basic wash & dry. No windex, no wax. Should have been $10 including tires. Took them 10 min if that.

I'll admit we hadn't cleaned it for a while, have taken the car on road trips including to Los Angeles, Tahoe and Mammoth Lakes. We've taken it in offroad situations too. After they worked, our car is White again. They worked hard at vacuuming and cleaning the inside of the car, including the trunk. Their crew took out and cleaned floor mats and they seemed to wipe down everything as best they could. We also have dogs so there probably was a little bit of dog hair in the back too. The woman who runs the business said they needed to charge extra to shampoo one of the carpets because there was some sort of stain in the back. I thought that was reasonable. Considering that it has been years since we seriously cleaned the car, I think they did a good job and put a lot of attention, I think the price I paid was reasonable.
