I was charged double for my premium (total of $300) the day of my vacation trip leaving me in an uncomfortable position. I reached out to Juana, who helped me, and she was informed my her boss (owner) that he was "too busy" to come to the office and take care of this overcharge. He said he would come to the office on Monday to write me a check in the amount of the overcharge. Having no choice, I waited til Monday and was told by Juana that the owner was "too busy" to come to the office and would mail me a check instead. This was after he offered to transfer the funds into my account (which I was OK with until he just decided he was going to mail it to me). Moral of my experience: you'll get a great rate for your insurance but don't rely on the owner for any help if he screws up. Juana, who took care of me, did the best she could to try and help me but was limited because of what her boss (owner) instructed her to do. His lack of experience in customer services is the best tip I could give you if you decide to use them. Previous review: This place is great!
