I contacted Ray on a Sunday via Yelp and to my surprise, he replied within the hour and we made a plan to touch base on Monday. I told him what I needed, sent photos of the space, and he offered to have one of his team (David) come out to do the job that same week on Thursday! I couldn't believe the turn around.
