We had already ordered food downstairs and offered to wait for it to come out and pay so that our server didn't have to figure out the transfer of our check etc because we didnt want to be those people but some things were lost in translation. Our bay host, Abbie, I think (glasses and blonde highlights) was super kind and helpful. Although the mixup on our bill wasn't her fault she did a great job of figuring it out. My only issue was with two of the runners that seemed to be annoyed when I asked them for water. I am so glad topgolf finally made its way to Albuquerque! We visited last night and it was wonderful! For any of you that wondered how I got a reservation, I would sporadically check the website to see if there was any open reservations that were available that worked for me. It took me a few tries but I finally was able to make it work! The facility was clean and spacious! Everything was done electronically: the reservation and the check in process. We had a host that met us at our bay to go over rules and facility amenities. Our waitress was amazing and we received our food shortly after we ordered. We ordered nachos, wings, and a burger which they were all delicious! To finish it off we got the injectable donuts. The manager stopped by our bay upon the end of our visit to make sure everything was great. It was a breath of fresh air to have fun during a pandemic! We will definitely be back! read more

We got a newbie in the house! First timer over here! Hey,everyone come look at the new girl! Yup, that was me! I went to my first Topgolf ever! Albeit smack dab in the middle of a nationwide pandemic...it was still a lot of fun. Brand spankin new digs so the place is clean and still has that new car feel. I came at night too so the place was all lit up and funsies! I do recommend coming at night for that extra pizazz. We booked our time online but I think you can also give them a call. Our server did mention that they may be getting close to taking walk-ins so you'll have to just call in to be sure. We were greeted immediately when we walked in and nearly everything is done via text until you get up to your "bay". (Your bay is basically like your lane if you were bowling.) Then a server will come and walk you through setting up your one-time topgolf registration. After that you can select how much time you want to play and once your are coming to the end of your time you can add additional time in similar increments of time. It really is kinda like a night of bowling, but with golf! They have a bunch of different games you can play too if you get tired of the classic topgolf game. I came with a friend but you could easily come with a small group. The drinks were nothing special but I would mention that the well vodka is Tito's, which I wasn't mad atl. We ordered the Mac n Cheese Bites, Wings and a Pepperoni Flatbread. Everything was tasty and pleasing to the eye too! Didn't come out looking like typical bar food. I'm glad Topgolf finally opened in Albuquerque, too bad we're in the middle of a pandemic and there are restrictions. It's pretty hard to get reservations but not impossible, I've been here a handful of times already. I love the concept here. If you don't golf, you'll still have a good time. It's like being at a bowling alley and a driving range at the same time. There are a bunch of different games that you can play, and if you're still not having fun, you can start drinking! The staff here is super friendly and the service is fast. The food is good and the beers are cold, what more could you ask for!! This was a fun time. I was there with my church group for an exclusive event so we had a reserved area. We did not eat from the menu so I can't really say much for the food. I saw some stuff other folks ordered and it looked awesome. This is a fun way to spend an evening. Take a group if you can; I think it would be pricey for just two people. I highly recommend it. Even if you have never played golf. It was great fun and there are different games you can play. There is a full bar if that's your thing and lounging patios, music, a huge tv and little tv's at all the bays. I had a blast. The waitress and staff I dealt with were very professional helpful and friendly. Bathrooms were clean and stocked well. I came to TopGolf for a family and friends event and it was awesome! I am so happy that Albuquerque finally has one! The inside is absolutely amazing and the bays are great. Bookings seem to be snatched up by bots online, and then they tell you to download the app... which doesn't let you book more than 3 days in advance. It is Nov. 26th and I can't see the Dec. 1st reservation option because you can't change months. You can join the waitlist or try and walk in. We liked that idea, but the couches were pretty dirty, and I started thinking I'd rather sit at a table & chairs that could be cleaned easier. The small coffee table in front of the couches hadn't been cleaned before we sat down and the floor needed a good sweeping. It was a fairly busy Sunday afternoon though so I understand some small things might get overlooked. We only got drinks, no food, drinks were good. Was able to try Topgolf yesterday for the first time! We came on half price Tuesday without a reservation (the last few months, it's been hard to find an available reservation or on a night where there's not a 2 hour wait). Coming before noon, there was no wait and a few other true golfers that brought their own clubs in. Several other parties were mostly clumped around us due to staffing. We were told that the bottom level would be easier for first time users, but I'm thinking the top platform would be easy to launch the ball off of. They do birthday party packages and from the looks of it, can hold quite a lot of people. It's outdoors with heaters, making it a nice winter activity too. Our time was started while explaining the rules, so we lost about 5 minutes off of that. On Tuesday's, if you do the hour and a half or two hours starting your reservation before noon, you get the discount. We started with an hour and then decided to get another half hour after noon, so the price increased a little after that. The downside is the $5/ person membership fee, but after the first time you're good to go. I didn't get a chance to take any photos. And while we didn't get to try the food, the prices seemed reasonable and I have heard the food is good. (Next time, the mac n' cheese bites!). Top golf is definitely fun; the layout is basically the same for every location. I've been to the ABQ location once and the service was good. It was a work team building drill that was well done. So, I recently visited a top golf in Alabama. Good service, food, and an overall good experience. One notable difference that just screams "WTF!?" Their prices are 60-80% less for a bay. Makes no difference of the day....$40 for a Saturday compared to $115 in ABQ? Seriously? Nope, I'm out...you can supply/demand me all day, that's just ridiculous. read more

Wow, I can't say enough about this place! I have just came back from top golf here in ABQ and oh boy was it an amazing experience. This was my first time going to a topgolf course so the experience itself was new but I found myself getting the hang of it very quickly thanks to the amazing hospitality of the staff. They were attentive, helpful, and patient with all of us which made everything so much more enjoyable. The food was great and high quality, the Smokehouse burger and appetizers were delicious and I was very satisfied. There was also air conditioning which was a plus. Our first time visit was eventful! I originally planned to go in the morning, but I had a doctors appointment that went over and had to modify the time to the afternoon. For my afternoon I did not receive an 15 min text to let me know that my bay was ready, but the staff there helped me get up a bay once I got to the front text. The bay we got was on the upper deck and had a pretty view. However, it would've been nice if we were in the middle of the deck instead of being all the way on the right. But I get the first come first serve bay basis. I also wish the staff let me know that they had left handed golf clubs. But other then that we both had fun! My kids absolutely love this place so anytime we come we always order a bunch of drinks for the adults, sodas for the kids and they love the pretzels. My little one says that the pretzels help him with his swing which is pretty funny but after a couple of the pretzels his swing does improve so he might be onto something. LOL. Never been here, the treatment on the phone when inquiring about making a visit was the turn off. We were given info they had miniature golf. Whether they do or don't didn't matter, it was care less attitude on the phone was enough to have me boycott this place altogether. So, unwelcoming came pouring out through the phone.
