Thursday night Karaoke.

Wow, Shay, the server/bartender was very attentive. She paid close attention to my needs and I never had to ask about anything. It's almost like she has generations of experience of serving degenerates, which I really appreciate. 10/10 would recommend.

I would not call this a dive bar. It's more of an affordable, neighborhood bar. Prices are good service excellent. Welcoming. Like I t.

Good place for a few drinks. Not to crowded good pool tables and friendly staff. A little more on the dive side and mom food.

This time was no different in terms of our server's attention, personality, efficiency, and overall demeanor. V ~ was great and thank you! I am personally giving 3 stars for this bar/restaurant for 2 reasons: 1) the online menu is not updated with prices - I will delve into this more in a minute, and 2) kitchen service was slower than expected. Here is a link to their menu online: https://drive.google.com/file/d/148CplSivVBTXmrWlSO46WytoWdpd0REA/view I got the hard seltzer which was supposed to be $7 but I ended up paying $10 for a can of seltzer. Got 2 and the total without tip with tax was over $21. Seriously! that is friggin outrageous. I would have gotten wine if I wanted to spend that much. TRULY HARD SELTZER | 7 Hard Seltzer | 5.0% ABV Secondly, 7 out of 8 of us ordered food and 1 person had to ask for her crostini 3 or 4 times. Our lovely server did take it off of her check but nontheless, we were all done eating by the time she got her food and she was so gracious about it. Another thing: why can't I make a reservation in advance for a group of more than 4 when the place was clearly not busy at 4 pm on a Tuesday? We make 3 separate reservations for 4 people. This is a social group, and we meetup via MEETUP weekly. People will RSVP and then cancel. We had 12 coming and then 8 showed up. I am not certain we will resturn.

I sat a brief while at the bar before being greeted and later served a "Sandia Sunset" (watermelon, orange juice, pineapple juice, grenadine) made with vodka (around $12). The views were nice of both the city lights and the silhouettes of the Sandia Mountains. The bar was chic. By all accounts, this place seems to be not a chain and not a franchise either, Brian G. (per your review from 12.14.2025), but an independently-founded and owned bar. When I explored the patio, it was quite windy that night, but I thought I could handle a few swigs next to the smokeless fire pits. Several seating arrangements I went to each had dirty dishes. I didn't like the crowd vibe inside so I just took my drink to my room. I'd definitely visit again, but hopefully next time hand-in-hand with a particular tall dark handsome man.

After our first round, we were waiting for her to come around so we can make another drink order, but had to go get her attention. Finally, the second round of drinks came out and we wanted to make a food order, which again, we had to go get her attention because she was sitting at the table with other waitresses on her phone. The place was not busy, so I guess there was enough time to just sit around and do nothing. Finally, we got our food order in and the food was good. The drinks for mediocre at fast. Needless to say, it might be a long time before we come back again.

Was not a good experience, service was lacking... and I walked away thinking: it's like half Denny's half dive bar... now that I'm living in Abq I was looking for a beer and a bite and because its proximity to where I am staying, returned... and it was not good. Dirty bar top, servers who barely recognize you, standing at the end of bar sucking a lollipop while guests could be helped. Seeing the bar was dirty, they did clean it and got a drink.. asked for a menu; it was disgusting. There was dried food all over it. It was sticky. And badly damaged . The kind of menu you should be ashamed to present. And, after finishing my drink.... and staring into an empty glass as servers walked past me without asking if I wanted - anything... (I asked for a menu because I was hungry. And no one asked if I wanted to order food . ) When the server did ask if I wanted another beer- she finally asked if I wanted to order any food .... "not any longer" I replied.... great location, great promise, But even the sign taped to the front door stating they won't serve you more than 4 drinks... so that means they don't want my business I guess... because I like watching sports at bars.... four beers during a baseball or football game?? So sad...

The menus are on a vinyl, to match their theme. And their drink menu is fun. What was disappointing was that 1. we had to wait 25 minutes for a bartender to show up and get our orders, then another long time to get the drinks. After the wait, a second drink was out of the question. 2. This is a vinyl lounge, and even though they had a setup for a DJ, there was no one playing but a speaker. 3. Some or our drinks did not come out with all the "frills" and effects as described on the menu, so we missed part of the experience. Not sure if it was an off night for them but my experience wasn't great.

We heard about Zema when in town so when we got a evening open we stopped in the other day. The walk up was pretty great. The location is a refurbished motel. We walked into a couple gals working the front desk. Long story short I rubbed the wrong banana but they helped me out. Once inside we grabbed a table a appreciated the clubs layout. They have some retro club music going, but no DJ. When we left about an hour later a DJ hadn't steppe dup, but the music was pretty good all the same. We had to wait for our 1st drink for a while. The gal at the front said the DJ has stepped away for a while but would be back soon enough. The drinks were ok, the service was so-so. We really wanted to like the place, hopefully next time things are more together.

Had the jungle bird, which was properly bitter if you're into that. The marikoriko was sweet and fruity, way easy to drink. The Saturn was also wonderfully fruity and easy to drink. I didn't bother with the mai tai because they use kraken instead of an actual funky Caribbean rum, which is wild because they carry Meyers. Probably my biggest critique is to funkify that Mai Tai yo! Float of kraken if you must, but use some Caribbean rum in there! Service was great, atmosphere left room for improvement. Great for a casual few drinks with your meal. Solid spot!
