This Top Golf is huge-3 floors high! The server was very attentive, and we got to our lane right away (we did make reservations though). It didn't seem as crowded as the Top Golf on I-drive, so that was a plus. It's always a fun place to hang out and have drinks with friends. read more

Been to top golf in Orlando and had much better service. Came to lake Mary and ordered a double White Russian. Was charged 9.00 for vodka and then a separate charge for 8.75 for kahlua. So double charged for a double drink. When approach the waitress she said the charges were correct. What BS. This is just a place where top golf is lacking in training. Miranda needs a happy meal. WOW!! Ok, so let's just talk about the fact that the bartender told us "Welcome to Top Golf" when asked about our pitcher of Stella wasn't poured to the top. A pitcher of beer is usually 64 oz. That is it's usually 4 pints of beer even with that ridiculous cooling thing in the middle. The pricing reflects this on the menu. 1 Stella pint is $5.75 or so. A pitcher is $21. So 4 beers right while saving like $2. NOPE!!! "Welcome to Top golf" she replies. No chance at this woman making the situation right, she essentially charged us an extra $3 to pour our own beers. We clearly showed her that our 3 pint glasses we almost filled and no forth anywhere in site. She acknowledged that we were being ripped off, laughed it off and then went about her night. I would hope that singly she is just awful, but I more inclined to think that management has addressed this issue before and told them to tell guests "don't like it, there's the door." IF YOU TELL PEOPLE THEIR BEING PRICE GOUGED RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEIR FACES THEY WILL BE VERY FU*#%NG UPSET. Not cool and you owe me a Stella. read more

I went to the location in Lake Mary, Florida. This was my first time there all I can say is I will never go back to any TopGolf. I went on May 30, 2023 with my sister and my father and mother met us. my sister and I got there at 6pm and do you believe no one came up to us for anything, not even to say hi or ask if we wanted water. no one came up to us for 34 MINUTES. I know we could have gone to the bar and ask but my sister said someone will come up to us I've been here before. Nope nobody. At one point there were 9 employees just standing by the bar and they saw us and still do you believe no one still didn't come up to us. So finally a man came by and asked us if we wanted anything to drink then I asked for the manager. So he comes and I explained everything and do you believe he said they were busy, I told him no because there were 9 employees just hanging out at the bar including yourself. Then he said I'm sorry but we don't have any servers in this section and then I said where does it state that you don't have servers nowhere does it state that also nobody from the bar came to us to inform us do how was I suppose to know this when this is my first time here. Then he got the nerve to say I can take your order now. I said NO you said you don't have servers I don't need you to take my order here and now when you just finished telling me that you don't have servers just because I'm complaining now you want to serve me then he said I can give you a free appetizer I told him I don't want anything for free I just wanted to served in an appropriate time. So after that we got a nice lady server, but this is so unacceptable. I will never go to any location of this corporation. All anybody had to do was to come up to us 1 to 3 minutes after we sat down and said we don't have servers here we can take your order at the bar that is it. I like Top Golf but The server was horrible. She tried to pressure us into staying longer than 1hour. This was after she waited 15 mins to come take our orders. We ordered, 2 appetizers and 1 burger and fries. The food was decent... but we didn't receive our food until we had been there for 35 minutes. She waited 15 mins to come actually serve us and 20 min cook/ prepare time I guess. After 5 mins of us receiving our food, she comes back and ask if we want to stay longer. I told her that we might. - She hangs around and says "well I need to know now". I told her "well we just got our food and have 20 minutes left, we'll decide in 10 minutes" She said "well I need to know so I can extend it or not... because when the hour is up then you have to leave out if the bay" - this implied that even if we were still eating the food we'd just received 5 mins prior. We had to PACK OUR STIFF AND GO!" So I told her "no we don't want to extend, bring us Togo boxes and the check" This is very poor customer server service. This is also such poor poor sales tactic. Serving patrons late - so that halfway through their designated Lane rental time, they have to extend and pay more money OR rush to hastily eat their food. We actually were going to stay. We liked the vibes and the drinks. We were going to Extend the lane, play another game and buy more drinks. Very upsetting experience especially since I have visited other top golf locations that were much busier. Additionally, My girlfriend was sooo uncomfortable and upset after this she didn't want to continue eating her food.. We just boxed up our food and , let the time run out on the bay. I'm considerate of servers, their multitasking abilities and am understanding of when they have multiple tables or the establishment is packed. This was NOT the case. I have been to other Top Golf locations but this one was disappointing. We felt so rushed to start our game before our entire party arrived. There was no wait so we clearly didn't need to be taken to our bay before our entire party arrived. But then were told we had to start our game right then. We essentially said no and our entire party arrived about 5 mins later. As soon as everyone arrived, we were told we had to start our game before they even had a chance to look at the menu and order drinks. I understand you don't want people just "hanging out" (especially if there is a waitlist, which there wasn't) and hogging a bay but there should be a few minute grace period to review the menu and order a drink before you have to pay to play. Our waitress said the manager told her she had to start our game right away. Overall it was fun to play but don't like the pushy nature of the venue. I'm willing to give it another try because it's closer to home than the one near the convention center, but I hope we have a better experience next time. read more

Worst experience at a Top Golf to date. Quoted 45-hour wait, ended up being closer to two hours. Originally decided to wait on its 3rd floor patio. No server saw us for 30 minutes, had to go order at the bar to get any service. On top of that, there were empty glass wares and food scattered out on multiple tables, flies were all over them and multiple employees saw this and did nothing. Disorganized, messy, and overall just very disappointed. If you can, avoid this top golf and go to the other down the street. You'll be glad you did. read more

Literally we had 7 in a bay wearing mask and the bay next to us had 8 and we're not wearing masks and just because they were an "event" just one extra person then our group they were allowed to do whatever and since we had 7 we all couldn't be in the bay. If your gonna make these rules either enforce them or not, don't be selective. Why can't I just label my group as an event? And then I can break rules and guidelines too. read more

First of all, We waited 2 hours but only because they were short on employees. We were finished golfing and an employee came up to us and confronted us to get out of our area while we were getting ready! This is bad. This was not our server this was a women in the cleaning staff that came to disinfect the bay less than 5 minutes after our time expired and we were still trying to finish are food then someone disrespectfully came us to us and said in a rood way that we needed to leave. I've been to Topgolf a few times and only had to wait about 20-30 minutes so when I went in today, 6/29/2021 I was expecting about the same wait but was willing to wait a little more. I walked into the place and talked to someone at the front as usual and asked for top floor, the floor I always chose. The guy up front asked for my number and name and told me it would be 45 minutes MAX wait for the third floor, we told him okay and waited around. After about 50 minutes we were wondering how much longer it was going to be but decided to stick it out because it looked busier than usual. An hour and 45 minutes later we decided we would walk back to the front because we had received no texts from top golf letting us know they set us up in the computer or how long our wait might be. When we went up to the front the guy asked for my name but didn't even look at the computer, I asked how much longer the wait would be because we were told the max wait time would be 45 minutes and we had been there standing for almost 2 hours, the man proceeded to tell me that some platinum members had came in and they get top priority over the booths, and that if I wanted to golf within the next 30 minutes I would get the quickest booth available which would probably be the first floor. It is extremely irritating to have to wait an extra 30 minutes on top of the 2 hours we had already waited for the first floor? This was poor customer service and i don't find it fair that me and my party did not receive any texts from Topgolf telling us we would have to wait longer than what we were told was max time PLUS an extra 30 minutes for what would most likely be the first floor. I enjoy top golf and would want to go again but after this turn of events I don't think we were treated fairly or with any respect and I don't wanna give a place like this my money after I've wasted my time. read more

Came in this afternoon as a party of two with my boyfriend and played on the top floor and had Brooke as our server, she was absolutely amazing. She was extremely friendly, informative, and fun. She gave great drink and game suggestions, I would have never known about the Angry bird game without her, or the spring cocktails either. I had the Paloma and my boyfriend had the makers mark Arnold Palmer. Both were were very good. This top golf is very clean and the entire staff is extremely friendly and works as a team. Though we really did receive extra ordinary care from Brooke, she went above and beyond to give us the best experience she could and interact with us and introduce us to new things, knowing that we're returning guests. We also also had a great interaction while we were waiting for our bay to open up with another server and the bartender on the third floor, where we had a beer and straw berry lemonade. read more
