I've been to this location a couple times and always had a great time. If you plan on coming at a busy time, make a reservation in advance. You come in and check in at the desk and both times we were sent to our lane within just a few minutes. A server comes and takes any food and drink orders and helps you get started if you're not familiar. As for the golfing, this one isn't as large as other locations I've been to, but it doesn't make much of a difference. They have different games you can play but we usually just whack a bunch of balls and see how many points we get. After about an hour and a half we were all ready to move on, but we all had a fun time. I played Topgolf with the family for the first time and I'm so hooked (were all hooked). If you've never played Topgolf and you're trying to figure out what it's, my diacritic would be; it's a mix between regular golf and miniature golf with a bowling flavor (no experience necessary)! You are in a covered bay assigned to your group with golf clubs clearly marked so you can learn the names and what they are used for. You are assigned a personal attendant that caters to you. Our attendant (Derrick) was great, and he took very good care of us. Topgolf is a chain so you can use your membership anywhere there's a Topgolf facility. One hour of play starts at $35 and memberships for those of us who didn't have one was $5.00. The facility is clean and well maintained on every floor (with a full bar on each floor) but to assure a spot it's best to make reservations. This may have been my first time playing but it certainly won't be my last. read more

Fun when you can get in, but despite them being booked out 2.5 hours on walk ins, they aren't properly staffed to open up the bottom bays. I get that people normally don't like playing from the bottom because they can't try to hit the ball over the net, but make it optional for those who just want to hit a golf ball. read more

My friends and I went for the first time and it was super fun! The only thing was there was a super long wait for the upper floors so we had to go in the bottom (just an fyi if you were hoping for an upper floor). This was such a fun place - no surprise there! From the moment you walk towards the entrance, you were either greeted with either a smile or a hello by the staff. It was a date night and, just for the two is us, a bay for an hour, two drinks and wings cost us about $90 including a tip for our waiter. Which is not bad in my opinion! You pay for a bay, not per person, and you pay for however much time you wanted to play. HOWEVER, everyone does have to pay for the $5 membership fee that you can use at any top golf, if you haven't already been to Top Golf that is. My suggestion? Download the Top Golf app and pay the $5 there in advance. You can do a lot of things on the app such as track your account as well as track your previous plays. You do not have to pay $5 again for the next time you go to a Top Golf. The front service staff were all so welcoming and informative, seeing that it was our first time there. We made a reservation online to play, downloaded the app, paid for the $5 membership, and once we got there, we just let them know our name, we were given a bay and a personal waitress - all within about 3 minutes. Our waitress was also so, so nice! Did not catch her name at all but she was fabulous! She was always there, asking how we were doing and always made sure we were well taken care of. The wings were also excellent! Wished we had appetite for more food but wings were a good choice. This won't definitely be the last time we go to a TopGolf but going to this one specifically set expectations for all other TopGolf. I hope it's as nice and kind as everyone here was! OH - and as we were leaving we were also greeted with a smile and goodbye by practically every staff, which was marvelous! read more

One of my favorite places to go. I love golf and it's a great way to practice. They have a bunch of different games to play. So of the game, TopGolf, top chip, top score,top scramble and a few more. It's a great place to go with friends and family, it's a lil costly but you can split it. They have food, drinks, and TVs. They do events like holiday party, birthday party. They have Cornhole, bear pong, pool,foos ball. And a live DJ on weekends when it is nice out. If you haven't been here before you should definitely go check it out. So much fun!! Pathetic how they handle waiting list!!! Told one hour when we called arrived exactly one hour later told it could be another hour or two!!!! The front desk says when you call to be added to wait list you are speaking to corporate and they have no clue what is going on like really what a piss poor response then to be told they had to honor guests who had reservations the previous two days since top golf was closed due to TS Debby like really nice lying to our face!! Stopped in here for some tee fun while I'm Myrtle Beach having dinner. My boyfriend had so much fun with his first Top Golf experience in Colorado he was happy to do it again! The check in process was easy and quick. Make for you have a reservation or you might have to wait awhile. We were on the frist floor due to a reservation mix up. It was ok except that I think you can see better where your ball is headed from a higher floor. This location does not have the "ball tracker" so it's not as easy to see where your ball is headed or if you've scored until the play is over. Our host/waiter was attentive and nice. The tee on our spot was broken. We did order a Buffalo chicken dip but I wasn't a huge fan. While staying in Calabash we made plans and reservations to come here for a couple of hours of fun. Checking in was challenging, as the clerk who checked us in, Della, didn't seem to be very communicative with the issues they were experiencing when we came, which was that they were at about half capacity due to Hurricane Elsa which came through recently and destroyed some of their netting. She simply checked us in a d told us to wait 15 minutes and we'd get a text. After half an hour, we asked her again and she said to keep waiting until we get a text. After 15 more minutes, I went back to the desk to see what was going on, as I thought maybe we missed the text. She once again referred us to waiting for a text. Fortunately, another young man working the counter heard her and came over to tell us why. I thanked him and explained had she said this at first, we would have had more appropriate expectations. Brian, the manager came over to further explain what was going on and apologize for the delay. We totally understood the reason for the delay then and thanked him and ask that they train her how to help customers in a better way. He agreed and said he would. The rest of the visit was great! Food was very tasty. Their boneless wing trio was awesome! Their white sangria was outstanding! The experience was excellent too; lots of fun! Very nice venue, only been open a few months. I haven't played but been there a couple times for drinks and food. This last visit it was around 3:00 on a Thursday. We sat at the downstairs bar, it was slow so spent a lot of time talking to the bartender, Jason. He was great-super friendly, good conversationalist. Unfortunately, whomever is in charge of ordering is hampering Jason's ability to do his job, and I'm sure, also affecting his ability to generate revenue for the corporation as well as for himself. 3 items we tried to order were out of stock. 3 of them! With? 1. We ordered a pina colada and the mix was out of stock, but also the machine wasn't working properly. 2. Ordered the Impossible Burger. Out of stock 3. Tried to order the Farmhouse Flatbread. Guess what? Yep! Out of stock. Lol Ended up with a very sad little side salad that was no bigger than what would fit in a wine glass - for like $5. Hubs had a burger with cold tater tots. Another thing that was unappealing about this overly corporate bar is that the bartenders have to measure EVERYTHING. Even the juice/mixers. This is an incredibly inefficient way to make drinks when you're busy and I'm sure it slows down the service immensely. I wouldn't be surprised if the staff turnover rate is high given the lack of attention to details and the staff's inability to do their jobs due to lack of items being available to serve. Last thing: price gouging. I don't mind paying a premium for someone else to cook the food and serve the drinks etc but these guys mark everything up way too high, IMO. Isn't this like the 50th Top Golf store in the Country? You guys should have it figured out by now. Not impressed. read more

This was my first experience with TopGolf in Myrtle Beach. We went on December 31st. The weather wasn't great with drizzle in the morning. TopGolf has a special during the week for $15 per person from 10-12pm. We were able to save a ton of money by going early. I'm glad we did because it poured while we were playing. Thankfully TopGolf has stories to allow you to play covered from the elements. Not only are you covered, but there is heat if needed. You can control the heat within your bay. They limit the number of people in the bay to 6. They have clear dividers between the bays to help with social distancing. They provide clubs in the bay and those are cleaned between each group. TopGolf has a restaurant and full bar available. You can order from your bay. Servers are assigned to the bays. They have hard copy of the menu or you can view on your smart phone. There are multiple games that you can play that revolve around the targets in the driving range. Each ball has a sensor that allows you to find out exactly where it hits. It is good for all ages and playing levels. I can't wait to find one local to me. read more

We went one morning over the holidays and had unlimited play for 2 hours (10:00 am - 12:00 pm) for $15 per person. We played various games, my favorite being Quick9. Our arms were definitely sore the next morning. Topgolf offers a full menu of food and drinks. As we went in between meal times, we didn't eat anything. A bit pricey as I browsed the menu, similar to movie theater pricing. Overall, we enjoyed our time and would return. I'd recommend reserving a bay online if going in the evening or in a weekend. Very dissapointed in this Top Golf. Went there tonight with a large group of friends to enjoy a good time. Which we did besides the staff and managment. First of all, our waitor was very very rude to us and was not polite or kind. I believe his name was John. Second of all, the staff for some reason seemed to be talking about us in a group all together and were constantly watching us making it seem like we were "up to no good". Keep in mind we are college students, but are extremely respectful and half of us are servers so we know how customer service works, this was definetly not a place where you will feel welcomed as a customer. Such a fun & active date night idea. I am not a golfer, my husband is, but top golf was adaptable for both our skill levels and we enjoyed. We went on a Saturday night in July and had a 2 hour wait, so reservations might be suggested depending on the season and time. Wiser to go with a group of friends. You purchase a bay per hour, with up to six players. The bays are $25-$50 depending on the time you visit and there is a $5 charge if you have never played Topgolf before (new player). Wait staff round frequently. I thought the food and drinks are overpriced. Our play time was 10pm and the bays seemed to be filled with teenagers or grown, drunk, unruly men. Although fun and new, this was an expensive date night for just 2 players. read more
