We were here in the off season. For us, parking was a breeze. However, we had trouble finding the entrance, their signage is not great. The space is very upscale for a sports bar, way nicer than expected. Our server was prompt, friendly and very informative. Their menu is extensive. I am not a beer drinker, and I found their wine prices high, even for this area. I eat gluten free, and the menu is well marked to indicate what is gf, which is so helpful! I had the smoked grouper dip, it was fantastic! Served with a large portion of chips. Others had the reuben (amazing), the Chicago hot dog (very good) and the low country shrimp po boy (very nice). Others enjoyed their beer. Give this place a try!

It was light, airy, very comfortable, and tastefully decorated throughout. The furnishings were clearly well thought out, from the sofas and tables to the dining area and large kitchen island. The lighting made the home feel bright and welcoming. The house was well equipped for a weeklong stay, with sheets, towels, and essentials provided. The only minor issue was the ice maker, which produced very little ice, so we had to buy bags nearby. The screened-in front porch was a highlight, especially the swinging sofa, which we used daily for coffee and relaxing evenings. The included golf cart was a major plus and essentially necessary, since there is no direct beach access. We used it to reach Deer Lake State Park, which was beautiful and inexpensive to enter. Our main disappointment was that the rental did not include access to WaterSound Club pools or private beach facilities. The available pools were crowded and geared toward young children, which didn't suit our family. Nearby The Big Chill was convenient but very busy and not very clean during our visit. We enjoyed exploring nearby 30A communities, but parking was often difficult and Uber rides were more expensive than expected. Overall, the home itself was excellent--comfortable, stylish, and well maintained. Most drawbacks relate to the broader WaterSound area rather than the property. We had a great family week and really enjoyed staying at 10 Federal Street.

We looked up reviews and came across Bud & Alley's Restaurant as a likely way to do so. We were quite pleased with our experience once we found a table. When we arrived where you could make a reservation for a table downstairs, we were told the better views were upstairs with tables available for anyone who found them. We walked around for a while looking for a table opening up and though we didn't find any tables on the deck upstairs, we did find one with a gorgeous view well before sunset. The server being one of only a few there that night checked on us many times and was very helpful. We each ordered drinks. I got a Frozen Beach Bellini consisting of Lamarca prosecco with peach purée topped with an edible orchid. Then, when ordering dinner, my friend and I each ordered an eight ounce filet mignon consisting of grilled asparagus, Yukon mashed potatoes, and bordelaise sauce. My wife ordered a roasted salmon consisting of green lentils with pancetta and fennel, arugula, and dijon vinaigrette. We were quite delighted with everything we ate and drank! Bud & Alley's has been an award winning iconic restaurant in Seaside Florida since 1986, serving delicious farm- and fish-to-table food, offering exceptional service and making seaside memories for generations. Their restaurant hours are daily from 8 AM to 9:30 PM while the roof deck bar is open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM. They no longer have a happy hour though they have a limited menu Their website (https://www.budandalleys.com) has a lot of great information from the menu, reservation page, newsletter signup (for news, events, recipes and offers), events, reviews, beach cam, online ordering, gallery, press stories, and even links to other Bud and Alley restaurants. You can also sign up for Bud and Alley's Rewards at https://www.toasttab.com/s-w-d-r-grill-inc-dba-bud-alleys/rewardsSignup where you can earn earn 1 point for every $1.50 spent and unlock $5 off every 50 points. There may even be a birthday bonus. As a fun fact, the restaurant is actually named after a dog and cat and not people. You can see that in the logo. If you're in the area and want a good meal with good service and an excellent view, check it out!

They offer oysters and a catch-of-the-day and all the seafood things you would desire by the water. The atmosphere is strange to me. In an attempt for Seaside to remain kid-friendly, the overall grown experience has slipped through the cracks. I had the catch-of-the-day, which was a triple tail on a bed of creamed corn. Very good, could have eaten a little more :). Our server was great. For as close as they are to the beach, there really is not a beach view. Something to keep in mind.
