Hi, i go here alot and usually they are great. not today. i had a women named Jun and she was super aggressive with my hands and was annoyed with me for no reason. she told me "she would have been done faster if i let her do my nails and picked out a color faster." I was being time efficient with her the whole time and didn't waste time. i had been super kind to her the whole time and didn't say anything when she was being aggressive and rude, she even seemed annoyed when i asked for my nails a little shorter. I recently moved and was looking for a nail salon closer to my house than south charlotte. Someone recommended this place and I figured I'd give them a shot. I'm happy I did because I've had two manicures here and they have both been amazing. I have seen 4 different techs (between manis and pedis) and each person has been kind, welcoming, and thorough. The two manicures I've gotten have been incredibly detailed and both have resulted in the best grow out I've seen. At my old place, my hair would start catching under the edges of my SNS as they grew out. I went almost 5 weeks with my last manicure from Bellagio and not a single nail started to crack or peel up. I've been getting my nails done at Bellagio for the last years due to the location, but I will start going elsewhere for the following reasons: -Prices on website don't match prices charged. Website shows acrylic fill is $40. An employee told me the price went up to $45 one year ago but they never updated the website. -I made an appointment for dipping powder. Upon arrival, the technician told me they don't like to do dip anymore and refused to do the service. I got acrylic instead -I requested to have my gel nails removed for regular polish since the gel add on price is getting expensive. The technician argued with me that regular polish is awful and would only let me do gel. This argument continued in front of other customers for about five minutes. I finally caved and got gel just to stop arguing. I will drive with the extra 10 minutes to another location that respects the request of their customers. read more

I have been coming to this salon for about six years, and after my experience today, I will never return. I had to come back three times in one week because of problems with my nails. Brian fixed my nail during my first visit and was fine, but other nails began chipping and cracking. Another technician fixed it the second time, and within 30 minutes of leaving, I noticed another chip. I called the salon, and was told told to come back the next day. I had previously asked on my first nail fix out of three that the original technician not fix my nails again because of the issues I experienced with comments that were made when I first got there and didn't want that again. I never asked for her to be fired, and I even acknowledged that everyone can have a bad day and told them that. However, during my third visit, Brian repeatedly blamed me for her losing her job, called me a liar, told me how many kids she has that she has to take care of and argued with me in front of other customers and employees for approximately 15 minutes. Come to find out she's on sick leave . I repeatedly asked him to stop and simply do the service, but he continued. He insisted that I must have hit my nail, even though I work from home on a computer, my nails were very short, and the problem happened shortly after leaving the salon. He told me that I am rough on my nails and it is not his fault and I told him that I never said it was but he persisted to try to argue with me and I kept silent and let him argue with himself for awhile. He also took pictures of my nails with his personal phone without asking and made sarcastic comments toward me. I left feeling extremely anxious, embarrassed, and shaken while this was going on. I should never have had to repeatedly ask an employee to stop speaking to me this way. I came in as a longtime customer simply wanting my nails corrected, and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. Especially after the second time I had them fix it I even got a pedicure at the same time as the second fix to give them another chance and I was hounded for what felt like forever in front of everyone . Shame on you Brian. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What is unacceptable is being called a liar, blamed, and spoken to disrespectfully in front of other customers when I was simply trying to get a service corrected. After six years of being a customer, I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning. read more

Heads up.....I walked into Bellagio tonight at 6:15pm. I told them I wanted a pedicure and I was told which seat to sit in. As I'm sitting there a lot of the workers started leaving. I asked the girl doing my pedicure what time they closed. She told me 6:15pm. I said I thought for sure you were open until 7pm and if I knew you were closing, I would have come back another day. I just checked their time for Saturday and it is 9am - 7pm. While she did a decent job on my pedicure everything else was rushed and I was out of there by 6:40...not even a 30 minute pedicure. I still gave her a tip, but will find a different place for the future. There are plenty of other nail salons. read more

Ok, I've been to a lot of nail salons in the LKN area but this one shocked me the most. First of all, you don't set SNS with a gel top coat and cure it under the light as that is not the correct way to do it. Especially at these prices! An extra $9.00 for long nails? My nails aren't even that long! An extra $9.00 to remove SNS and redo??? Cmon people!! I'm Asian so I can say it but Asian people are so freaking cheap and always want a discount but when it comes to their business they want to charge astronomical prices with the poorest quality of work! I never get my nails done and I got mine done here a few weeks in a row. The first time was great! Nails looked great, didn't feel rushed. When I went yesterday (5.18.18) I had a larger party (5) and it felt like they were rushing through everything. I had to have someone fix my nails because they were uneven, there was paint on my fingers, they filed my nails and left the powder on them. It was mess. After I got them fixed, my nails look great but the initial nail was not good. I'm not sure of the techs name but he messed my nails up yesterday and one of my friends nails up the 2 weeks before. Her SNS turned yellow. Not good. I would come back but not use the tech that did my nails this time. Very disappointed. Very thankful for the girl who fixed them. read more

I am leaving this rating because their prices are so high. Yes, they do great work with my pedicure and dip. But I paid $10 to have my old dip removed and so my total cost for dip nails was $65. I can go to any spa in the area and normal dip prices are around$40-$45. When I have to get dip every 3 weeks I just can't afford this. Also, the eyelashes are amazing but again.. website says $90 for eyelash fill and I was charged $120. Again, eyelashes have to be refilled every 3 weeks a d just become so expensive. I'm not sure why the prices have gone up but what is being charged is not the pricing on the website. Also, since prices are sky high it makes it hard to tip. Again, there are other great salons in the area that are not so high and so great work. I would be able to return if prices returned to normal. read more

I recently moved here in December 2021. I thought what a nice salon but in May 2022 I had an appointment which I arrived early. But when my tech arrived he did not service me instead someone else. I asked the reason and was told he was double booked. I arrived before the other client and could not understand why they chose the other over me. The manager never gave me a straight answer. I have been several times. The first 2 times were good. The next time I had the rudest technician ever! I told her my feet were ticklish and she got mad at me for slightly moving. She also told me they were too short, so she couldn't file them. I guess that means she couldn't do the cuticles either! She stormed off and someone else came and finished them. Wow! The last time I was there they charged me $77 for a light concept manicure. I like light concept because it does last longer. They added $20 for the chrome coat that took 3 minutes. This salon is truly one of the best salons I've been to. It's beautiful, classy, and clean. Everyone is friendly and professional and it's such a relaxing environment. I got the organic pedicure (#5) from Lee and he is truly amazing. He took his time in massaging and working out my tired feet and leg. I feel super pampered especially while sipping on my wine. I also got a gel manicure from Tracy (I think there are two Tracy's but the younger one did my nail). It's been 1.5 weeks since and my nails (both hands and feet) are still in tact. I got the deluxe pedicure that is supposed to be 35-40 mins. Everything took exactly 29 mins. I was still charged the deluxe price. It was an okay pedicure, nothing special. There wasn't much of a massage so that was disappointing. There is still some dead skin that I had to get off. The paint on my toes does look nice so for that reason, I will give it another try but not super excited about the experience. read more

This salon is VERY busy and very unorganized. Lots of "yes we will get you in quickly" with no delivery. If you want a relaxing experience, then go elsewhere. The nail bar area is basically a nail salon pitstop with nail techs crowded in a sort of central area where they stand or sit on a high stool while doing nails on a crowded bar full of customers. The customer bar chairs are very uncomfortable. They get you the heck out as quickly as they can, but there is nowhere to sit if you're waiting for others in your party to finish up. All of that is somewhat forgivable because my SNS nails were done very well... ...until she put on the top coat. SNS should use sealant then SNS top coat. She used plain old Gel top coat with UV light, which will peel off within a few days (this isn't my first rodeo). The gel will never fully cure on top of SNS--24 hours later and my nails are still not cured. She said it's how they do it there because it's faster. I prefer my SNS to last two weeks, so I won't be back. They also charge an extra $5.00 to remove your old SNS. That should be included in the SNS price because every set of SNS has to be replaced every time. This salon is all about volume and rushing around, so if that's the type of energy you crave, then this is the place for you. read more

Okay, let me start by saying that I was a long time customer who frequented both "Belagio" and "Lee Nails", both owned by same people. I left about a year ago after several bad experiences with the same technician. About 8 months ago I returned to give them a second chance. This time I went to "Annie" who is the owner's daughter. I have had several good experiences with Annie, but after today's experience WILL NOT be back!! First of all, I had a 1pm appointment which I carefully made days in advance because I knew that my time was limited that day due to other appointments that I had. I arrived at 12:45 to allow plenty of time to pick out my color. Annie was not there yet so I asked if it would be okay to get my pedi first while waiting for Annie to arrive. I also explained that I had a hard stop at 3pm due to another appointment that I had after. They assured me this was fine and that I would be done in time. Pedicure was complete around 1:30. Still no sign of Annie and when I inquired as to where she was, no one would give me a straight answer. Another tech started my nails, but it was very rushed and involved harsh words amongst the other techs. I felt like I was the problem, when in fact Annie was AWOL with no explanation. At 1:45 Annie saunters in. No apology or explanation. She did a subpar job on my nails. I had to reschedule my other appointment because by now it was impossible to make it. Then the kicker. I am checking out and Annie announces the price. $107! For SNS and a pedi. What? Insane markup!! This company and especially Annie need a class in customer service! Do NOT let the manicurist named Win hustle you into doing something you do not want. The past two times I went she bas tried to get me to do something I simply did not want. Most recently I felt pressured and bullied into getting gel X after I told her what I wanted. Win decided she would do gel X which made me uncomfortable bc the process involved a burning sensation which she gave NO disclaimer...just for my index nail to pop off a week later. First time- Staff was very friendly the girl started to perform gel mani Kept having to stop to check OTHER employees customers out. at first I understood and kept rationalizing oh maybe they are busy blah blah but after the 5th time I was annoyed. She then once again got interrupted by other customers asking to find/figure out what pink color they had last time instead of asking non busy employees standing around.. she left for 6mins looking for it... finally came back and applied my gel color- after doing half my hand states the nail polish isn't good.. but instead of starting over she continued to polish them and saying it would be fine.. Very rude assistant manger. After working a long day as a teacher and a day of EOGs I was so looking to my appointment to get a manicure and pedicure. Upon arrival, I apologized for being 10 minutes late. I was coming from my school and there was extended traffic off I-77 on the bridge in Cornelius. The assistant told me to wash my hands. Afterwards she informed me that my appointment would no longer be honored and I would be counted as a walk in. At that moment I really didn't care but while reflecting on her arrogant tone and observing the customers, I realized that a middle income teacher is not wanted at this establishment. I went in and was approached by lady never seen before. I noticed 2-employees working on 2- customers at manicure bar. I was not greeted by them at all. The one employee called for the other one to come out. The time was 7:25pm. I told her I just wanted toe nails trimmed. She told me that most of the workers had left to go home already. They had not one to take care of me. I went out to car and was searching the web trying to find some where to have my nails done. I saw them come out of there shop at between 7:40-7:45pm. The shop does not close until 8:00pm. I have only went to this shop for manicures, Pedicures and hair removal from back. I have rated this shop highly in the past with great reviews. Even though I am close to this shop. I was turned away so employees could leave early and not take care of a returning customer. Well I will find someone else who will gladly take care of me. I felt lied to and not taken care of when I needed to be. Okay owner and manager you are going to treat customers like this? You will not have to worry about me. I will find somewhere else to take care of me. I don't plan on coming back again. read more
