I had my car towed to Top Line after speaking with Omar. This was in early April of 2020. He told me that he would work on my 2013 BMW himself. After several weeks of not hearing from him I called to only be told lie after lie after lie. After 4 months of phone conversations with Omar he told me he has to send the car to BMW for reprogramming. I thought great we are almost done. I had to wait another two weeks for him to call me to pick up the car. In mid July of 2020, upon picking up the car I noticed it was washed very well and looked to be detailed to some extent. Very nice, I payed him but he couldn't give me a receipt of the work done because it was Saturday and his secretary left for the day. He then told me that I need to come back to have the skid plates put back on. I thought this was odd seeing he had the car for 4 months. But i was excited to get this car back. I paid him $1300 and was about to leave when my engine light came on and a drive train malfunction warning. And I noticed that my radio knob was missing. I told Omar the issues and he told me to come back next week. When I returned the following week he could only find two of my skid plates and told me he ordered the radio knob. WTF the nightmare doesn't end. He put the two skid plated he could find on my car and fixed the glove box that some how got broken. As I was waiting his customers would come up and ask about their vehicles and I heard the same lies told to them as he told to me for four months. Unbelievable right? But no this id how he operates this business. After he put the skid plates on and told me that he would order the missing one . He started to look through other BMWs for a radio button after telling me he would have to order the entire panel for $1400 to get the button and wasnt going to do that. He didn't find a radio knob that fit and he told me he will try to get one from the junk yard. Again WTF I didn't bring him this car missing stuff. After I told him what was missing he explained that it must have happened at the BMW dealership. Missing was the tow hook, radio knob, the manual and fuse box layout, car registration. And what was broken was the drink holder, the floor in the trunk. And he gave me an extra screw that he doesn't know where it came from. But the nightmare isn't over yet. I brought the car to the Norwood, Ma dealership and they told me that the coil packs were not changed and Omar kept the new ones I gave him for the car. Also he will not give me a receipt of the work he did and the car still gives me alarms and codes. I now have new issues I didnt have before bringing this car to Omar. Drivetrain Malfunction, engine light, charge pipe keeps coming off, And Omar will not return my phone calls. If you want to get stuff stolen out of your car and have things broken on it and possible have parts taken from your car to fix other peoples cars. And wait forever to get your car back. Then this is the place for you. And overpay for sub par work were Omar will not warranty. Then Top Line Motors is for you. If 1300 dollars is the price of the education I had to pay for to never bring any vehicle to Omar and Top Line Motors then Im glad it didn't cost me more. I trusted Omar to fix my car and payed him well to only have more issues and no return calls for the missing parts and the work he said he did. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Omar gives this profession a bad name. There are honest shops that do quality work for a fair price but Top Line Motors isn't one of them. There are no good reviews of Top Line Motors these are people that know Omar. I wish I read Amanda L. review before I came here. Do not trust Omar or the good reviews, he will rip you off and you vehicle will have thing taken from it and broken on it after Omar works on it. read more

Hi I'm 100% sure all the reviews here are the owners friend that ask people to writing them because im a customer n i never knew a owner of a bussines that so fiull of it i have nothing good to say about this bussines n owner hes a liar n cheater.. I have a Audi for longer than 2 year's already and my car is not done is so convenient so. They keep charging my insurance company for storage wich i think is a fraud. And i hope all that i been tru with this bussines don't affect me and my insurance dont think im down with this, my car was supposed to be done.in 2 weeks and is pass a couple of years since they have my car.. I do work far from.the area but i always call and the manager is the one that always answer and when i ask for Omah always get a "hes not here"i know he is hiding. The manager tells me they working on my car wich i know is not true but he have to say that because if not he will get in trouble cause he treat that old man like crap... I scheduled a pre purchase inspection of a used car with Omar at Topline Motors because they specialize in German automobiles in Cumberland Rhode Island. My decision to use Topline Motors to carry out the inspection as a neutral third party was validated when Omar asked for both the seller and myself to be present at the inspection. He pointed out both strengths and potential issues of the car. He was very respectful to myself and the seller as he went through the vehicle. He knew my wish was to restore the vehicle to original condition within a budget. Ultimately he could not recommend the purchase because the purchase and restoration cost would have been greater than its end value. We have been taking our Audi Q5 to Omar for a few years now. Our Audi has always been repaired or maintained very well, and I have always been impressed with how personable both Omar and Jay are with their clients. Last week I had a full brake job done. A few days later unrelated to the brake job the car began making a very bad noise and we called Omar to schedule a time to bring the car back in. Down a car, we were struggling to find a day to bring the car in and also have the necessary rides lined up to get us everywhere we needed to be. Omar got wind of this and sent two of his staff to pick up and later on drop off the car from our driveway. The problem resulting in the loud noise was fixed in no time and at a very reasonable rate. I own a 2006 BMW 325i. Had major oil leak, and the drive pulley was shot. Was refered to topline from another mechanic, and he said speak to Omar. I had never met him, or knew of the garage, and i live in woonsocket. Omar arranged to have it towed, and Within 24 hrs Omar called me said come pick up the car, it's fixed. Never have a leak again he said. The car is fixed, runs great, and HIGHLY, HIGHLY Recommend these guys. Omar is very reasonable on his prices, and he will try his best to beat anyones price. I have brought my car to only one place TOPLINE MOTORS. Theres is no other place, I would bring my baby (Porscha carrera 4). I took my sons friend for a rip on the highway spook him a little. On the highway is and the motors started to stall out. Im thinking its going tobe huge expensive again bring it to topline motors. I was in the area, heard about this shop before working on foreign cars because you can't just take your Mercedes to any shop. I'm glad they were available!
