I was referred by someone to go to another salon but they closed last minute due to an emergency so I was left hanging and had to find someone else nearby with an opening. I called Topline Nails cause it was the first one that popped up on my gps closest to my location. Called and they said to come right in! From the outside you couldn't tell how gorgeous and huge this place on the inside! It's so bright, clean, airy, and just a beautiful place overall! So many pedicure chairs and nail tables. I was greeted with a smile and she directed me right to a chair and served me a mimosa! They serve other drinks as well. I asked for a pedicure and builder gel fill. Linda did so good with my pedicure. Loved the scrub and massage and Sophie did my fill and repaired my one broken cracked nail and my chipped nail. I thought I would need to get a tip to repair it but she did her magic with the hard gel and cured and shaped it without having to! She was able to tell me that I still had old acrylic underneath that wasn't drilled off before getting my new hard gel set. She explained why my nails were breaking and why they didn't feel as sturdy. She did a great job helping me out and starting me over from scratch. She was a little aggressive with the filing and I got a little cut on my pinky but overall she did amazing compared to what I had before. I love how my nails turned out and will definitely be back! I love the nude color she recommended as well. Thank you Topline!

April does amazing work with my lashes. She is so very gentle and I even fall asleep during the process. I've been other places and I think I am here to stay. I get the lift and tint so I remain mascara free before scuba /snorkeling / beach trips. It lasts for weeks.

I came to this salon last Friday and got a deluxe pedicure and a gel mani. I have to mention the staff is lovely and they had a blast talking to my baby but it is the service that I'm reviewing. The pedicure was excellent but a few days later I saw a lot of skin around the toenails that was not cut off, a pedicure easily lasts a week and a half for me before I see any growth that needs trimming . As for the gel manicure , it was fine . I felt like the technician rushed the process and when I paid , I mentioned that one of the gels was sloppy and needed fixing. The technician filed it down and sure enough by Tuesday the gel was peeling off . I never had gel come off this fast !!! Even though the place is lovely and the staff if nice I was disappointed with the end result after dropping $100 . I'm not sure if I will go back specially after being there for the first time :/

10/10 pedicure. as for my hands, came wanting builder gel. they told me they couldn't do that on me, and advised me to do gel x instead. I agreed, as I have gotten gel x multiple times before. the application of the nails was good, but when she started shaping and filing, she ended up drilling my cuticles to the point of them bleeding. my nails are still red and raw. she also somehow made them extremely bumpy, and then charged me $60+ for them. if you are looking to get a gel x set, save your money and don't come here, unless you want bumpy nails and irritated, sore cuticles. read more

My first time here and I love this place already! I got there about 345 and I was out by 5. I was quickly seated and already getting my works done, thank you this nail salon is big, so many workers. Megan and Tracy did Gel X for my manicure. They turned out great the first time with Megan. So I came back and got Gel X again with Tracy. The nails feel more natural and way less damage to my nails than acrylic. My nails went the distance too, very impressed with the longevity of gel extensions manicure. I highly recommend these ladies and trying out Gel X. I love mine. read more

After a lot of research I decided to come to this salon for a lash lift and was definitely not disappointed. April did my lash lift and she was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable during my first lash session. Mmmm just no. I should've known when I saw the first tech try to apply dip powder with an acrylic brush technique. The second tech Tracey was nice but didn't know how to do dip properly. Before tip it was $55 included with a cuticle service (which I did not receive). It's not even 4 days and the lift around my cuticle is atrocious, catching my hair and just so thick. There are lots of nail salon, but I love this place. Nails and lashes in one stop. April did an amazing lash lift for me, so much that my husband thought I had extensions. Came here for a pedicure felt rush. Beautiful in the inside but I will not be back. She painted my toes with old polish. Overall the pedicure was horrible, polish chipping already it's only been three days. For the prices you will think you will receive better service. read more

Im a new customer to this new salon. The staff here are ever so nice and make you feel welcome. They have a gorgeous selection of different colors and provide many services. The owner Mai is ever so sweet and her employees do a phenomenal job! You guys, Tracy is phenomenal. So I've been getting acrylic and gels with a certain woman for nearly two years at another salon and I was very sad when she left. I took a break, went to another salon, tried gel x and hated it. I'm going on vacation this weekend and decided to give this place a shot. I was placed with Tracy and let me tell you I'm so thankful I was. She wrealky took her time a d her precision with what I wanted was matched and then some. I never wore reviews but, I am more than happy with my experience. Another great thing, the salon was so clean AND they had a sign that basically says if we don't discuss pricing before we begin your service you wooo not be charged. I think this place is hit or miss at best. I got a gel x manicure by Tracy. Everyone seems very sweet here but I don't think I will go back because of inconsistency. My manicurist didn't use tools out of a sterile bag, didn't use a dremel to clean out the gel overspill underneath my nails, the color gel on top has overhang on 4 of my nails, the color gel on top is thick which means it has a lumpy look to 8 of my nails. The last coat of color lacks precision so I can see the coats underneath at the base of two of my nails. A friend has been here twice and one girl cleaned the cuticles before doing gel x and the other girl at another visit did not. And for $65 I feel like it should include what a basic manicure provides, including lotion but it does not. read more

I have been coming to this salon for years now and I have to mention that it's worth the money. If people don't know who April is then they need to absolutely meet her. April does my lashes and pedicure and I have to say... her precision and technique is meticulous and perfect 100% of the time, every time! I have never met anyone who takes their absolute time in order to make the customer satisfied and proud of her work. Her skill just amazes me. Thank you April for always being the BEST! read more

It's been about 3-4 months of getting my lashes done consistently by April. She's always very sweet and kind. She remembers all the little conversations I have with her. I could easily go 3 1/2 weeks without getting a fill but I'm a bit of a perfectionist and go about every 2 1/2-3 weeks. To start, the managers were extremely kind and I appreciated their attention to my services. They checked up on me often and were very sweet. I asked for a manicure and I showed some pictures as examples of what I was looking for in terms of look. Who I believe was the manager let me know it was a gel or dip that would help accomplish what I shared in the pictures. The one star is for the woman who did my nails. The quality is not good. She was receptive to each of my critiques but I asked for shorter, thinner, more natural over and over again to the point I don't think it mattered what I said anymore... she was just not able to accomplish what I was hoping for. I'm not pleased with the outcome at all and I'm disappointed I spent money on this service. They seem to be a really wonderful establishment and I absolutely hate writing reviews to this tune. However, I'm sad I paid money for something I'm not happy with. read more

I walked out of the room and told her I still had wax on me and she just apologized and didn't take me back into the room to remove it. Wax all over the trash bins, floors dirty, and baseboards with who knows what all over. To add onto that, when it was time for me to turn over on my stomach, there was still wax on my leg which ripped the paper lining I was laying on & I could see old blood stains on the cloth under. At that moment, I seriously should have walked out and left. I still left a tip but needs serious improvement as I expected more from a service that has 4.8 stars on Yelp. Avoid if you value cleanliness, etiquette, and overall have high expectations. Will be returning back to my previous waxer.

April is a fantastic lash tech! She did a wonderful job prepping and cleaning my lashes before installing a full set. She was honest and upfront about the style and length that would work best for me, even though it was cheaper than the style I had initially proposed.
