Worst service ever. They do NOT know how to do nails. I got a gel service on my hands. It is the worst quality ever. They do not have all colors, not even the full DND basic palette all salons have. They have AGED nail polishes and gels, you can literally see them separating because they are probably expired. Super out dated and don't know any new techniques, not even the simplest. I asked for plain whitish gel and it was all bumpy, not all the way to the cuticle and overall terrible. I could've done it better, it was so simple. I wish I knew how bad they are so I would've done this at home. They charged me 38 dollars for this absolute shit. The salon over all feels really judgy, I think they charged you based on vibes, the whole appointment they'll be asking you things about your life. My mom went there a couple days earlier and got charged 15 for the same service. They make you feel the whole time like they are trying to get everyone but you, they are definetely understaffed too. The place is dusty and dirty, you might get an infection. I totally regret going to this place because it was a waste of money and time. My nails didn't even make it three days because of the low quality materials and techniques. I attach a before and after ( 1st day, 3rd day) they literally just started chipping right after I left and as I showered they kept chipping and falling off. Totally ruined my day I feel like I got made fun off. Don't ever come here and save yourself money and the trip to this awful place. 2 days for horrible nails, charged 38. As a guy who get their nails done it's always hard to try a new place and my regular nail place was closed today. Wasn't greeted and when talked to we were barked at and could hardly understand what she was say. Continuously misgendered me even after I corrected her that I was a "he" and not a "she". She laughed after. Now to the nail work. Made two of my nail cuticles bleed and didn't do my nails at all like I asked. I wanted a nude ombré into a white and what I got was a chunky gross mess. Yea, I don't LOVE having my nails done. Actually, I'm generally afraid to have my nails done (a few bad experiences will make you this way). However, one ridiculously girly afternoon, my friend dragged me here to have my nails done, much against my will. Now, it has been years since I let someone give me a manicure or a pedicure. Maybe my memories have been darkened with time, but I swear, this place was great. The women working were all incredibly friendly, they did a great job, they were fast, and it was actually a relaxing nice experience. Also, not that expensive! Score! Bonus points for being incredibly clean as well. This has always been one of the things that skeeves me most about nail salons, but this place kept all their tubs clean, their equipment was all sterilized, and even the establishment was just plain pristine. If I choose to get my nails done again, I will likely choose this spot. Being close to my house doesn't exactly hurt, either. read more

Not only is it super pricey. They charge to take off gel, and also charge $15 on top of what you're getting to get gel put on! That's just absurd. US nails only charges $5 extra. I paid for the pamper $40 pedi while my boyfriend got the basic one and it took the same amount of time. I'm really disappointed that I spent that much for nothing special at all. That's not all either when I looked over when I was getting ready to leave I saw a roach. The lady that did my nails was very nice but I will never come here again. The lady spent 30 minutes total on my nails and charged me $27! And not only that, if you use debit, they charge anywhere from .50 up to $1.00. I just felt nickel and dimed by the end of my visit. And I'm not even happy with how my nails look. The lady was kind of rude as well, not really paying attention to what she was doing and then told me "I try my best for you". I came here today after several attempts to get an appointment with my regular nail guy, who closes at 7:00. I arrived here at 7:05 and said I would like a mani/pedi, and if we didn't have time for both, then just the mani. I had to wait a few minutes, but I enjoyed the massage chair and foot soak, so the time flew. Then the team of Julie on pedi and Nancy on mani started their work. If I could give NO stars I would. I called to set an appointment for 2:15ish and when I got there I had to wait over 30 minutes to even been sat. & then another 10-15 before the lady came to start my nails. I was supposed to get a color change on my toes as well but it was put off for last so I said 4get it as regular Polish takes time to dry and I do not like gel on my feet it turns my toe nails gray. Then when I went to pay for my slowly done yet not really good quality nail fill she said it was $40... I pay $40 ANYWHERE else for a full set of nails. I said seriously for a fill and I wasn't even able to get my toes done because it took nearly 2 hours just for this. The tips of the nails are jagged like not buffed well. I had to remind the lady she did NOT put a clear gel coat on my left hand before she said I was almost done. She kept bumping her hands into my nails wiping the polish she would just put on & I actually had to keep pointing that out as well. I've never paid more than $25 for a ome color gel fill anywhere else & it would of been way better quality. This was close to my gym where I was @ before hand so it was convenient "so I thought". No prices are posted so I think I was seriously screwed over because I said after almost 2 hours I didn't have time to do my toes after the fact & they kept pushing to do gel on my toes which is more $ as well & I kept saying no it's to much for feet and it turns my toe nails gray. It's my worst experience getting my nails done by far & I expressed my unsatisfactory of them & the issues but no one offered anything off that price due to the bad experience. When you need a mani/pedi and only have an hour, Top Nails is the fast food of nail shops. Unlike fast food, you will leave satisfied. Their techs are all pretty good. Haven't had a bad experience yet and I think I had all of them including the men take a stab at my claws and so far so good. Good selection of colors but you can bring your own which is what I do. I know some think of their mani/pedi as a relaxing time and want to make it last. If you are like me and want to get it done and move on, then Top Nails could be for you. read more

After literally walking all over Europe for 3 weeks, my tootsies were in serious need of a pedi, and since I had to work on my birthday, I treated myself to a mani as well ;-) Not wanting to spend too much on these services, I headed to Topline nails after finding a coupon online. While my services were not bad, they weren't the best either. I was in the pedi chair almost immediately upon entering which was great, but I felt my pedi was kind of rushed and while my feet are better than when I arrived, there is still more dead skin on them than I would prefer after a pedicure. The manicure was quick as well, and ultimately not the best I've had, especially since I had to switch colors because the technician couldn't get the bottle open. They've also started charging extra if you're going to use a credit card which is annoying to me. Overall a pretty disappointing experience. read more

I really wanted to like this place. The owners are just so cute and friendly. Unfortunately, their corner-cutting means bad quality services for their customers. I went here for a mani and pedi. The pedi was fine but not great-- it seemed a little rushed, but for the price, I didn't complain. The real problem was with the gel manicure. I opted for the gel manicure because they are supposed to last a minimum of 2 weeks and not chip. Unfortunately, within 2 days, large chunks of my polish was lifting and peeling from my nails. I called back and they did do a free fix of the nails (however, they guilted me in to getting an eyebrow wax that they charged me for). This time, the nail color peeled off in large chunks starting the day following my manicure. Within three days of the "fix", the polish is completely gone from 4 of my nails. I'm not positive what the problem is, but I think it is either the use of knock-off products ("GelArt" polish rather than Shellac), incorrect UV lights (I believe they used the same ones for acrylic nails), or poor control over the timing under the lights (while the UV lamp had a timer, they paid no attention to it). If you're looking for somewhere for a quick and inexpensive standard mani or pedi, this place is just fine and the people that work there are great. However, if you want a gel polish manicure, don't waste your money here! read more

I had a mani/pedi on a Friday. One woman did the pedi, which was fine. Another woman did the gel manicure. The nails looked great for about 2 days, then the middle finger nail on both hands just came off. When I went to tell them, they said I had to talk to the manager. I had to go to work with my nails like this. The next day, the manager called and told me to come in and they would fix. This is when things got ugly. The woman who fixed them was not happy about it at all. She pulled and hurt my fingers as she was peeling off the gel polish. Then when she saw a little bit of dirt under a nail, she asked me if I had been working in the yard. That's why they fell off she said. Well, I had only picked a couple of weeds in the yard. No heavy yard work. I got up and went to my car where I had the two gel pieces that came off to show her. The women who work here are also very rude. They speak in a different language and I know they talk about people and each other. A woman came in with red hair. They all started talking in their native language except for "oh the redhead"! The Seinfeld episode is right, at least for this salon. I wasted about $40 with tip for the gel nails and will never go back there again.
