We then heard her greet the couple who arrived before us. About 10 minutes later, she had finished the visit with the couple, and she immediately came and greeted us, and asked how she could help us. My mom had heard about Patelco from a friend of hers, who told her that it used to be a credit union for Pacific Bell employees (or something like that?). I was surprised to learn that Patelco has been in business for over 80 years. And even more surprising, that this Roseville location has been around for over 20 years too! So what brought us to Patelco was that Mom's friend found out about Patelco's awesome Money Market rates. They have a 3% APY for balances up to $2000. That's unheard of nowadays! We both were able to set up an account and take advantage of Patelco's awesome rates. We had an enjoyable time talking with Robyn too, who was very upbeat, friendly and knowledgeable. I love people you can just joke around with and ask questions without any hesitations. She was even sweet enough to give us a little goodie for opening new accounts today! I was definitely impressed by this location and with Robyn's excellent customer service (especially after having such a terrible one at their Elk Grove location the day before). Would definitely recommend this location to my friends.

    So had 2 small external transfers done from 2 separate banks…read moreto my son's checking account (joint account as he is under 18). Patelco pulled the money successfully from the 2 banks, stated in the app that the transfers were successfully completed, but no sign of the money in the account after a week. So my son could not access it. We called Wed, Thur, and Fri as each time we called they stated the transactions were pending and they would post the next morning. When it didn't happen we would call again and get the same story-for 3 days. No one knew what was wrong, and no one kept notes or communicated it in our account info, so each time we called we had to explain it all again. On Friday someone did finally state they would escalate it and get back to us by end of day-it never happened. So we called on Saturday-and explained it for the 4th time and they came back with the exact same thing-it's pending and wait until Monday. We did not accept this at this point and spoke to a supervisor-she stated she would put the money in the account as a "provisional credit" so my son could access it, while they figure it out on their end. The account showed the money was there and available so my son went to the atm the next day (Sunday). At the atm it stated there was the amount he was expecting in the account and it was available. When my son went to pull out 10% of the total he was declined due to "insufficient funds". Ugh! We are so done! We are now going into the branch tomorrow (Monday) and closing our accounts. And getting all the funds in cash right then and there. I have never had such issues and phone conversations going around in circles for a few hundred dollars! These were small transfers! Very unprofessional and it's infuriating! Patelco took the money from the other Banks but then refused to simply put it into the account so we had no access to it. Very horrible customer service! I do not recommend.

Unfortunately, I feel sorry for him because he has to work alongside a finance department manager, Chase, whose behavior was egotistical and dismissive. I had already found the car I wanted and was prepared to finance only about $13,000. However, during the financing process, the manager repeatedly presented the same numbers, simply shifting what I would put down versus what I would finance--without making any effort to adjust on their side. When I asked if the numbers were based on my credit, he confirmed they were. I then explained that my son, who has excellent credit in the 800s, could step in to purchase the vehicle. His response shocked me: "Well, I won't sell it to him." When I asked why, he claimed that California law requires the person signing the contract to be the primary driver, and since he knew I would be the primary driver, he refused to proceed. I was floored. Chase's attitude and treatment were unprofessional, condescending, and frankly insulting. Whether it was because I am a woman or simply his personal approach, I cannot say--but I do know that no customer deserves to be spoken to or treated in such a manner. I am a 61-year-old woman who believes in treating others with respect, and I would never in a million years behave the way Chase did toward me. Future Ford, you need to do better. Respecting your customers is not that hard.

But I didn't get that experience from Hertz. Marc was on site before operating hours, so when I called at 8:55 asking about a specific car, he answered. He was kind and even went outside to make sure it was on the lot. Unfortunately, we didn't like it as much as we thought and asked for another model but they didn't have any at the moment. No worries, when we come back in a few months for a second car, we're coming to hertz. We came for this car because we wanted a Hyundai that we found online at echo park. When we went to echo park we did an entire three hour process just for them to tell us it was sold on its way to us? Made no sense. Then they sold us a similar car but different model that was older and had more miles for the same price. I felt uneasy so I looked up the vin and found it at Hertz and called the next day. Like I said the experience was much better at hertz. I would've returned the car we purchased at echo park and purchased from hertz directly instead if they had a similar model. We will be back. Just go here. Save yourself the hassle and time. These are the lowest prices in Sacramento.

Yelp doesn't make it easy to notify them when a place has closed, but I'm going to try to figure out how to tell them. Edit: I drove by today, and there were still cars in the lot. I think they must be in the process of closing, as their web site says they are closed.

Wanted to do the ship to store option but didn't want to wait a couple days so drove out to Roseville. Josh was very helpful and answered all my questions. It arrived maybe 2 week later.. everything moved along fine, no game playing, no haggle hence you pay for that peace of mind, my only frustration once you purchase the vehicle service department dont return phone calls.. the number they use to text on I haven't received anything back..my only complaint to other potential buyers test drive during the day you can see any visible cosmetic damages, and come back another day test drive right around dark time to check all headlight is visible and working.. wait few days and see if you still want the vehicle also sometimes the prices may drop.. when I purchased my vehicle it was a price drop maybe less then 1k..anyways the service department can make the whole store make buyers or returning buyers have a bad experience seems after you get the car you get ghosted
