Very late review but better late then never. I purchase a 2009 Honda Civic LX from Sammy and Manny. Both were great, friendly and professional. I needed a commuter car to get around and not waste too much on high gas prices. There were somethings I pointed out about the car i didn't like and they were very quick to replace minor exterior blemishes. Sammy, Manny and Mike all have a great attitudes and treated me and my girlfriend good throughout the process. I had the Civic for about 3 months and no problems at all. The people here were nice but the cars were slightly over priced for being what they were. I had started looking at some cars and the guy was super nice. However, when I would look at one car, they would tell me to look at a different one that was similar and more expensive. I told them that I was just looking for a cheap commuter car for my family and I told them my price range and everything. They just would not stop. They kept telling me that I need to look at cars about $2k-$5k more than I wanted! I tried to leave a few times and one time I was actually filling out a pre-approval form. Not sure how I got there but I was. After about 20 mins of trying to leave I finally put my foot down and let them know I want to leave and I want my ID back. I went back into the building to get it AND THEY KEPT TRYING TO GET ME TO LOOK AT THEIR CARS!!!! This time about $9k out of my price range. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I was a little skeptical with financing being my credit isnt up to par, but they were able to get us financed with a good rate and a payment we could afford. I've had problems with my vehicle since I got it. When I drove off of the lot, it was dark. I did not realize they had backed into something and dented the entire rear bumper until I brought it home and walked around it. The axles were bad to drive on and we're leaking grease everywhere. The rear lights wouldn't work and they wouldn't help with that either. Along with a whole list of things that were missing or broken that I didn't notice because they wouldn't let me drive it before I bought it. Just another untrustworthy company. We had three bulk vending machines in their establishment. We where told they would be moved to the new location in two weeks. We check in after two weeks and they claim they threw them in the trash. Funny story is we know the owner next to the old location and according to the video footage, they where not thrown in the trash. If this company can't be trusted with something this little, then do you really want to trust them with something as expensive as a vehicle? Buyers beware. Purchased an Acadia here. Lipstick on a pig. Looked good but over the next few months all the hidden problems came out. Car leaked in the rain, burnt transmission fluid, leaking shocks, window and door controls intermitantly go out ...etc. have had to put an extra $2000 a year into fixing problems with the car they sold me. Now, because of burnt transmission fluid, GMC recommends new transmission and torque converter...$5000. They make car look pretty and hide all the flaws from you. read more

So I thought I was getting an amazing deal. Turns out the car I got is shit. My back windows won't go up. I had to pull it up by hand. Didn't receive the temporary registration and the tags expired in February. When I told them they kept saying it should be on the passenger window. So I told them I could send pictures to show I don't have it. Then I was told in so many words oh well. Registration takes 90 days.. which means I now have to drive with expired tags. Also when I arrived I specifically told them I only had 2500 to put as down payment. They wrote down 3000. Will never recommend this dealer. Beware. Purchased my car from these guys. Car needed a flush and tire pressure sensors. They swore to me that they would handle those things for me after the purchase. Surprise surprise, they dogged me for weeks, and It never ended up happening. The kicker is that they actually gave me a fake car fax that said the car was clean with no accidents. I only found out the truth when I went to sell the car and people were asking me why I was saying the car had no accidents when it in fact did. They LIE and once you buy something they will rarely pick up their phone or be responsive at all. They are a SCAM and will come off as friendly and helpful but in reality all they want is your money. Keep reading for full story.... In October 2019 I went in and purchased a 2004 Honda Civic. To start off, the car had a check engine light, the guy cleared it and told me it was just a faulty light and I shouldn't worry. Next, They told me that the car had "Brand New" tires and all it needed was a tire balance because it was shaking when we test drove it. They balanced the tires and as we drive of the dealership, she car shaked so bad at high speeds like a roller coaster. We take it back and it ends up being the car had a tire that had an old fix-a-flat which is why it was shaking terribly. (So... the tires weren't brand new). Then the check engine light comes back on the next day and I take it to a shop. They tell me I need to replace the thermostat. (So.. he lied about it being a faulty code and just reset it to hide the problem)(P0128 was the code showing up). I replaced the thermostat with my own money and the engine light remained on. We dropped the car off with them and was car-less for a week. The code was cleared when we picked it up. A couple days later, the code came back on and to this day is still on. The worst part was the fact that the car took FOREVER to get registered. We waited for 5 MONTHS to get our registration due to them never Smoging the vehicle and the dmv denying the registration. (Couldn't drive the vehicle for 2 months)(got pulled over twice for expired registration). I really needed a car for work and when I asked him for a refund so I can go somewhere else, he offer me a fraction of the price I paid. I had no option but to wait. When we finally get the registration, the expiration date is 07/2020, when we purchase the car in October 2019. So now we have to re-register the car in couple months. I repeat. They are a SCAM!!! I purchased a 2010 Honda Civic and the day I drove it off the lot, I had to spend over $400 to replace the brake pads and rotors which I was told were excessively worn. Now just a couple months later I am running into more mechanical issues that will be hundreds to repair. Sure they work with bad credit, but that shouldn't mean we deserve to get vehicles that wouldn't pass a vehicle safety inspection. I've known these guys pretty much since I had moved to California, and they have treated me like family every time I've gone in. I've only bought cars from here since I've been in here, and not only because they try to give you the best deal and not just push a car on you to get their cut and make their quota, but because they are an honest business that actually care about getting you the best fit for you all around. My first time here I had bad credit and not a lot down, Mike and Manny did everything they could do to help me get into a car I always wanted ( Subaru WRX ) that didn't break my budget or what I could do. They also gave me a new AC because mine wasn't working right out the gate, as well as a full tank of gas! Fast forward a couple years, every time I've seen them they remember me by name and always ask how I'm doing when I see them. So naturally when I wanted a good car for my family I have now, we go there. Sure enough, Mike got me more than anyone else offered for my trade in and got my wife and kiddo into a pretty sweet MDX hassle free, and we love it. These guys aren't pushy, rude, and they don't make you feel pressured to get anything you don't want. So friendly so welcoming, family run business blablabla, that's true only in the beginning, before they sell, after you buy it's BS. When it comes down to getting a hold of Manny or mike few months after your purchase it's almost impossible to get a hold of them to handle paperwork, they are hardly there at the dealerships, at least that's what I've been told by the female employee who answers all the time. I've been trying to cancel my GAP insurance for months now with no success. I live two hours away so it's not like I could just pop in there daily to speak in person. Avoid at all costs, at least with any GAP ins, You can purchase that from the bank your financing from instead of the dealership and sometimes for less. Will be reporting to BBB and looking into small claims court. To add to this, this wasn't our first complaint with them. Initially they are friendly and courteous. After the sale, if they need additional information, they basically hold a gun to your head. They will text and call constantly, and tell you they need you in IMMEDIATELY. when you come in, they're never ready and even when they're sitting with you, they're more interested in socializing with each other rather then helping the customer. Then as we were trying to get my car Insurance figured out he busted out his phone and called some mystery women with her baby crying in the backround to set me up. WTF!! But still i had faith! After a couple days of thinking about what consequences i might have to pay for, for making a dumb move i went in and got my deposit back... If there was a way to rate this 0 stars I would.... Horrible service, very unorganized about their inventory, they hardly pickup calls.. 2 words to describe this dealership... SLOPPY & UNPROFESSIONAL. Called about a car, it was sold apparently the first time I called and asked about it, the next day I received a call and it was available because he "didn't see it leave the lot" and the car only had 40K - 50K miles but when I looked at the carfax it had 88K miles 3months ago(I personally thought this was hilarious because I'm guessing they use this a lot on customers seeing that someone also posted a Review saying they told them the vehicle had only 40-50k miles but when he got there it was 100k+) it has been in the shop getting detailed for about 4+ days after that last conversation. I call to check in with the vehicle since the salesmen clearly forgot about my interest in the vehicle, come to find out the car isn't even worth selling it has way to many problems etc.. but I see it listed on craigslist the next day, so I decide to call Manny who listed the car for sale on craiglist to see if there was a mix up and if the car is really in good condition if the other guy just didn't want to look stupid for completely forgetting about someone that was interested in the vehicle, and still no answer. I don't know if these guys already have plenty of money and do this for fun, but how do you run a business and don't return any customer calls, keep track of your inventory, say the car has a bunch of problems but list it a few hours later on craigslist. I'm just really confused the owner of this lot needs to sit down all his employees and get everyone on the same track, start focusing on customers, keep track of inventory and much more. This place is terrible. I understand I was an 18 yr. old girl going in there with her friend to get her first car and they thought "ooo easy target". Any who, I bought a 2003 mustang gt off of them. Keep noted that when I bought it the power steering pump was MESSED UP. And there was no fluid in it. The car itself ran smooth for about a week. Then the check engine light popped on and I told them because I had a "warranty" so they took the car and kept it for about a week and "fixed" it. But then a couple days later the SAME problems popped up causing the car to run TERRIBLY. So I told them again and they took it again to "fix" it and did the exact same thing. Didn't fix it. Just left all of their trash and empty cans in my car (: anywho, the ladies in the back were nothing but nice to me. The guys eventually started ignoring me everytime I would text and ask to see if I could trade in the car. But my credit score had to be "640" my credit karma said it was 650 but theirs said 600?? Anyways. I would NOT go here. Not worth your time at all. Terrible customer service. They probably thought I was just a menace because I kept trying to trade in my car. But yeah, please don't go here and waste your time, it's not worth it. read more

Wow seems everyone gives the same bad review Bad cars, bad service and liars who don't answer the phone Wow Stay a way from this place. I give Costuless -10 stars! I bought a 2008 BMW 328i from these IDIOTS. Took vehicle out on test drive it triggered engine check light and started to misfire. They replace the ignition coil. The problem is much worse unfortunately they fooled me cause when you turn engine off it resets it's self and runs fine again but it a bigger problem. They had to of known about this problem. We bought the vehicle with on the due bill we asked them to fix the hood that had scratches. Didn't even get to drive the car 2 days before tire started to separate and come apart, the brake lights came on and we found out the vehicle was not safe to even drive. I had a inspection done found out the front brakes were wore out and rear brake pad sensor was rubbing against the axle. So I returned the vehicle, they installed the wrong type of tires supposed be run flats cause there is no spare, they slap front brakes on, had the hood painted which had swirl marks looked crappy, my car came out filthy, dirtier then it went in, they said they fixed the rear brake pad sensor, (lied) they did not, tpms, brake lights ect were still on when I picked the car up. Adrian is a liar too he said the car had blue tooth, it does not, I asked for the owners manual, never gave it to me. I tried calling them so many times, never returned my calls. The only time they call me back was to collect my final down payment I laughed cause I'm telling them about the crappy paint job, brake n tire issues the women in the office are not to bright either. So not only did we receive horrible customer service we had to deal with their crappy work, lies and unprofessional attitude. Stay a away from this place, don't do business with these lairs.
