Got checked in and was given a tour of the facility. I was very impressed with how clean the facility was, employees are always out and about cleaning the facility. There are several very large ceiling fans to keep a constant breeze going. Plenty of machines to choose from, treadmills, ellipticals, rowing machines, upright bikes, stepmills just to name a few. They run classes and have many other pieces of equipment to use. The women's locker room is perfect. I am so glad that I became a member , it is definitely a no judgement zone.

I never thought I would enjoy getting in exercise for the day as much as I have at Amplifly. I gave this gym a go one January day that I had off from work just to see if I liked it. I loved it so much that I continued purchasing packs of classes to come back. I live in Sneads Ferry which is about 35 minutes from this gym, I enjoy coming here so much that I'm willing to drive that time just to come here. They offer classes of all types and all experience levels are welcomed in each. I personally have only been to the spin classes, but I love them so much that I haven't tried anything else. Some of my favorite spin instructors here are CJ, Alisha, and Ali- she's the owner! The studio is spacious & offers spaces large enough for all their classes. The music is always bumping & the instructors are experienced to help out gym goers of any experience level. What I love most about this gym is that you aren't just another member. The instructors & other gym goers take the time to learn your name, and get to know you- it's like you're a member of a family. The instructors take time to get to know you & learn your goals and encourage you every step of the way. There's always some type of challenge or special going on month to month, and they encourage you to bring friends to show them what it's all about. They offer classes for children, and child care at certain days & times throughout the week for all those busy grownups that still want to prioritize their health. There are plenty of clean bathrooms available here which offer showers & almost any type of item that you could need or forgot for the gym might be found here. The staff & instructors here really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I'm so glad that I discovered Amplifly, I only wish I found it sooner!

To give more in depth details: -Loud Music, usually high-tempo dance/EDM music or remixes of popular songs -Very interactive with the instructor, there are often dance-like moves incorporated -Lighting varies throughout the class. Typically a dark room with DJ-like flashing lights. Lighting adjusts with song/tempo. -Room is kept fairly cool (Oh and on Fridays they end class with free Truleys & Beer )

I have been working out for about 5 years consistently, and this is one of the best commercial gyms I have ever been a part of. Staff can be seen cleaning the gym on the hour every hour, and it is kept immaculate. Fitness levels of all types are encouraged, whether you are new or have been training for years at an advanced level. I have visited several other anytime fitness in the state, and if it were not for this one being my home gym I would cancel my membership. Other locations are dingy and dirty, and are geared towards people just starting their fitness journey. If you are considering starting going to the gym, this is the place for it.

Ryan Gillespie, Owner and Trainer has been working with me and has never once rolled his eyes. Seriously, Ryan is the best. He encourages and monitors every move. I had to abort one workout to go throw up from the heat. Management's only response is to put out fans which practically blow your head off and to say they know all about it and feel our pain , but not what they'll do about it. They're out of time
