Topshop is a British brand with about 600 stores worldwide and currently have about 86 stores here in the US. I don't know how long this store has been here...maybe 3 years? I know Nordstrom use to (still do) carry a selected selection of their items. This store is pretty big. They have lots of very trendy and unique clothing. I would say it's more gear towards those 30 and under. Their style is more flamboyant and I would say its stuff you could wear going out at night to a club or a restaurant. It's not something you could wear to a professional office setting...for the most part. I think their prices are on trend with what other retailers are charging for similar items of the same quality and style. They do have frequent sales and clearance events to make it easier on the pocket book. It's not a place I would shop every day but glad they are here.... read more

Great place for a woman and man to shop for unique and stylish pieces. The fit of these bodycon dresses feel amazing and have a joviality about them as you look yourself in the mirror. It's a huge store with 2 levels and it's separated into men's And women sections. Styles of all kinds. You'll walk out with something you like. A bit pricey but worth it I think. You pay for quality and rarity. read more

House of CB is extremely deceptive in their business practices. There are no return policy rules anywhere in store/area of rental space and you will receive a TopShop receipt that does not apply to House of CB's store policies or your purchase. This company is trying to take advantage of every customer possible with this system in place. read more

The people weren't very friendly here. They still had lots of junk for ladies. The DJ was pretty bad. Playing lots of sexually charged music with teens running around. I'm sure some of them will end up pregnant. read more

Literally the most poorly ran store I have ever entered!! Management is rude and does not respect anyone's time. I just stood in line for 25 mins with one person ringing everyone up and the manager stood there and talked to the employee. Not once did they say anything to everyone in line acknowledging that we had been standing there for so long nor did they help out. I was also not helped or spoken to during the time I was in this store. If I could give it no stars, I would. read more

This Topshop is an embarrassment to the brand. The store is always a wreck. Their llne always really long. They are shady with their return policy. You cant return certain items but they dont tell you that upfront. Not impressed with this store. Should've just stayed in London. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION because they will racially profile innocent customers. I was here today around 6pm and stayed for an hour with friends. We got stared at the entire time. I am a manager at another store in this mall. With that being said, I know how people who work in retail can stereotype others. While walking out after purchasing something, the sensor alarm went off. The security guard took a look at the bag then he told the only black male in our group to walk pass the metal detectors again. He didn't purchase anything so why make someone go through it? If stereotyping is the only way for them to catch people stealing, they're obviously not good at securing the store. Thieves come in all shape, sizes and colors. read more

This is the WORST Topshop I have ever been to. I called their personal shopping to see if they could order an item from another store, as it was sold out online. He told me of course and to come in. I traveled 45 MINUTES in traffic to Topshop and was told by a manager that they don't do that. I asked them why their staff wasn't properly informed, as I just wasted my gas money and time - and they didn't even care. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Avoid here and get new management/staff. read more

I love Topshop and I've visited many including ones in London and Paris. This Topshop however has some of the worst customer service. They are nice to you as long as they think you will spend money otherwise they will ignore you and be rude. As someone who works in the service industry I find this to be a huge flaw in their customer service. I bought a pair of pants as a gift in hopes they would fit my friend, they didn't. Of course I took the tag off before I presented it to her but I made sure to keep it as well as the receipt and the bag it even came in. When I approached the counter I was greeted with a smile until I said I had to make a return. I appreciated that the young man called his manager to figure out if I was able to return this item. The manager did not greet me politely and clearly seemed annoyed I was there. She let me know i couldn't return it because the tag wasn't attached to the pants. I understand some stores still use this rule but it didn't make sense to me since I wasn't told this when I purchased it, it didn't say this on the website, and even while the manager was telling me this there was a return policy sign a foot away from the that didn't state this. While I was trying to figure out my options this manager seemed to not have any patience even though I feel like I stayed very calm and polite considering I just lost $70 for nothing. I understand chains have rules that the workers there can't do anything about, but a smile or an apology never hurts. Don't expect any help or good customer service from this place. They want you to give them money then leave. Which isn't what a store, especially a store like Topshop, should do. I love the clothes even though they are overpriced, I just wish the workers there acted as pretty as the store looks. read more
