I was first recommended to Matt's company by Morrison Electric, who had to cut a large piece of drywall out to install an updated electrical panel in my condo. I hired Matt to: 1) repair/paint the drywall around the electric panel, and 2) repair/paint drywall in the shower area that had visibly suffered water damage over the years. At short notice, Matt was able to fit me in on a Saturday to repair both areas at a flat rate, and I was completely satisfied with the results. The second time I used Matt's services was after upgrading my shower. The plumber had to cut a hole in the wall of the guest room behind the shower to get to the shower pipes, and this left a large 13" x 18" hole in the wall. With guests coming the next week, I needed to get the hole patched and painted. With my busy work schedule, I left Matt the keys to my place so that he could let himself him and do the work. By the time I got home, the hole was patched and painted, and the area was clean. I couldn't have been more pleased with the results! The great quality of Matt's work is why I will keep coming back to him for any drywall repair and painting services!

He even went to 3-4 stores (from different areas) to get sample paver seals then back & forth to my house until we found the seal that I liked. Alex and I agreed to an appointment time for a bid in advance and he never showed up and never called. I tried contacting him for a week after and he never answered his phone, emails, or texts. I thought something happened to him. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Come to find out he was getting my messages all along. The cabinet installer, (professional???), that he recommended was a hack that gave me a bid via email that just said a number, 1500$, and nothing else as to the scope of the work. The cabinet guy said he had to charge more for installing because he had to pay a percent to the guy who the license belonged to. Which is illegal, period!! It makes you wonder if the dummy cabinet guy was borrowing Alex's license. Alex is a disrespectful unreliable idiot. Do not trust anything Alex says! The guys he says are professional are mommy's basement boys! Alex wasn't respectful enough or man enough to answer his phone or messages. He just ignored all communication. He's one of those dime a dozen guys out there that are not worth your time or money. Look elsewhere, you'll be glad you did.

Two years later I hired him again for another wood staining project. This is when the nightmare began. I was told it would take two weeks. It's been three months, the quality of work is terrible, they damaged my 100 year old historical wooden beams, they show up about 25% of the time and the owner never comes to check the work and just demands money. When I finally got the owner to come by the house, he agreed with me that the work done was absolutely horrendous and that he personally would be coming over for the next couple of weeks to fix and finalize my project. He then told me that he got sick, and he would reach out after he was feeling better, and I have never heard from him since. I've called, texted, reached out every way I can. It's been four weeks with no response . I reached out to one of his workers and the worker confirmed that he was never sick. This man owes me $14,000!!!!!!!! BEWARE! Project incomplete, he has walked from it completely and stole my money. I will will filing in small claims court to retrieve my $$. If anything changes I will update my review!

David came by and gave us a fair quote to repair our fence/gate on Jan. 20th. Three of the poles…read morebecame eroded over the years and we needed them replaced and reset and he changed the 2x4s along the fence line that had termite damage. On the second day, he asked for half of the money to get supplies. ($500. I know, red flag!) He replaced the 2x4s (he used framing wood instead of outdoor wood) and didn't bother taking a lot of the staples out from the fence boards, hence, making the boards not flush to the 2x4s. He reset 3 posts, 2 of which did not set because the holes were not deep enough. He came one full day and 3 days after that for maybe a total of 3 hours. To make a long story short, we haven't heard from him since Jan. 24th. Now we are getting quotes from LICENSED fence companies to repair what David did. I do not recommend David to fix anyone's fence. We learned the hard way.
