Placed an order at 6pm for delivery specifically for 8pm to SIUH North. Received a text saying order was out for delivery at 6:17pm. I called the restaurant making sure my order would arrive at 8pm as break times in my department are very exact. Was told by an employee yes it was just saying its out for delivery to clear the list and make room for other orders. At 6:55pm I was called and said my order is delivered and being left with security. I called the restaurant back and was told "you can't just heat it up anywhere" I said that's not the point. Well what a great place this is. Walked in one night with my wife and had pan vodka slice with chicken and it was delicious ! My wife decided last minute to have penne Vodka. Food is always good. Yesterday I had a disappointing delivery to my work place. The driver left my food unattended in a busy heavily trafficked public lobby and didn't even notified me before he left. I found it with my name on the pizza boxes after ten minutes. Let me first say that the food here is pretty good but the service after today was beyond horrendous. I called to order a grilled chicken caesar salad and a square slice. When I opened up the package I immediately saw tomatoes so with my fork I moved the chicken over just to double check. Nope, it was a reg salad. I called to inform them that the wrong salad was sent. The individual over the phone was so rude and nasty. First, telling me that he knows what he heard; that regular is regular and caesar is caesar as if I am not fluent in English!! After some more words he said he'll send another salad but still insisted that he knew what he heard. Then asked if the salad was "untouched". I told him it was opened. I can now only make the assumption or guess that he was probably considering eating it himself or reselling it. GROSS!! So taking into consideration this mans nasty attitude and not wanting to deal with his business today. I was starving and decided to make lunch and home and called to just cancel the order. I call back and said in a respectful way that we should just cancel the order and have the delivery man return the cash when he gets a chance. One word response: NO! I was taken aback by his lack of customer service. He then begins to explain to me that he isn"t going to lose money on 2 salads and throw them both in the garbage. That he will send the other salad but he will not give back the money. I told him he will return the money that I no longer want their service or food. He repeats himself about hearing "correctly" about what salad was ordered. Then finally agreed that he will return the money. The food is ok, however they have a very hard time getting orders right. Today was the last chance for them. I was ordering 2 or 3 times a week for a few weeks and they just can't seem to get things right. You ask for a slight change or a cup of sauce for a chicken roll or and they just can't get it right. I was skeptical about ordering from here after seeing a negative review, but my friend had recently told me how good their food is so I decided to see for myself rather than listen to what truthfully sounded like a bitter review from months ago. I ordered a personal vodka pie, pasta fagioli and fried ravioli. I had ZERO complaints, all my food got to me still hot (and I'm not very close to their location) and everything was so good. Hands down, my new favorite pizzeria on the island. And the pasta fagioli is the best I've had in a very long time. They make it with broken spaghetti which has always been a favorite so that was a plus for me. So happy with my experience and will most definitely be ordering regularly. read more

I've recently moved to Staten Island from Brooklyn and now more we need good pizza places to be open during quarantine. I've ordered pasta and a chicken roll and let me tell you about how un cooked my meal was. The chicken roll without a doubt was barley cooked and the sauce and ingredients didn't help . First time ever writing a review for ANYTHiNG but the customer service that I DIDNT receive compelled me to write this one. Ordered a Torino burger to be delivered " medium well " , it was delivered rare. I called to explain what happened and was met with the worst attitude from a man who claimed to be the owner. After I explained that I took a bite and discovered the rare purple inside of the burger, the owner mentioned " what do you want me to do about it " and then" I can't help you because you bit it" shortly after. Called in @ 5:57 and placed an order to pick up chicken wings. I came in five minutes later and said very politely/kind that I placed an order for chicken wings. When they couldn't find the order, The owner said with the nastiest attitude, that I didn't call here and that I never called in to place an order repeatedly saying that speaking over me. instantly became defensive and argumentative. When I showed the cashier that I did speak to him (the cashier) specifically and placed the order with the cashier and showed my phone log and the duration of the call and that I infect did call here and had almost a minute call with them he just stood there as the owner with the retarded side hat continued to tell me I didn't call as I showed them the proof . With that being said I still kindly said its ok I didn't expect it to be done right away anyways. then instead of the manager just saying or sorry, we'll get right to it, or give me a moment and ill put in the order the manager just stands there for like ten seconds looking at me ... and continues to stare at me ...... I ask him " well are you going to put the order in?" then he turns around and does so ... every time I come in here I'm so kind and polite. how guilty of you to instantly become defensive and fault me because your 14 year old cashier didn't put in my order. this is the most trashiest ghetto establishment ive ever been to on Staten Island.
