They did the oil change, however the next repair also would've needed a complete oil change as well to complete the repair. Instead holding off the initial oil change for when the second job was completed, I ended up paying for two oil changes within a period of three days. It was sloppy work, to say the least... and possibly purposeful negligence. Either way, it should never have happened. Very disappointing.
