Messaged Express Auto Glass for a quote to have our windshield replaced, & Elan the owner responded very quickly. I let him know our situation, & informed him that we needed our windshield replaced immediately for our car to make it to the port on time. Elan got back to me with an exact price after taxes (which was CHEAPER than all the other business I received quotes from) AND he was able to schedule me for an appointment ASAP. (Especially for mom's who don't want to drag their kids around especially during this pandemic, & have to keep them occupied at a shop while work is being done.) They use your VIN # to ensure exact replacements, if that's what you want. It has been a month or two since my service with them and the glass still looks amazing, no issues or concerns what so ever. The replacement didn't take long, and after inspecting the installation, I was satisfied with the overall quality of the work. The price was also very affordable, which I really appreciated. As some constructive feedback, I do wish the adhesive used to install the windshield had been applied a bit more cleanly. If you look closely, you can see the outline of the adhesive around the edges. While this doesn't affect my overall satisfaction with the replacement, I think a little more attention to detail in the finishing would make the service even better.
