Amazing honest company thank you for fixing my benz and all the dents I had from someone randomly hitting my car

I was driving on the freeway and a rock hit my windshield and cracked it. I was looking for a local auto repair shop to see if they'll repair. One said that the damage was too large and wasn't able to fix due to my tint and that I'll need to replace the whole windshield. The others I've called declined to repair because of my tint. I was referred to Dents Out Plus by my supervisor who had his windshield previously repaired here. I gave Rich a call and asked if he's able to do the repair on my 2023 Tesla Model 3. He's very responsive and asked some simple questions regarding the damage. He's very straightforward and will tell you how it is on whether or not he's able to repair and will not attempt if the windshield has been in contact with any water since he wants to guarantee his work. Overall, I'm amazed with Rich's work. He arrived the next day to my office and did an excellent job! Price was reasonable. I was referred to Rich by the owner of Polished Protection a few years ago when I asked who was his go-to PDR guy. Some inconsiderate butt-hole put a double door ding on our new black ZDX on the front passenger door on Jan 2nd at Del Amo Parking garage. I didn't notice it that day since it was raining, but the next day when there was a break in the rain, I was wiping down the car and was mortified. Good thing- the paint didn't break. I snapped some photos to Rich and he asked me a few questions. Was the door steel? And what kind of window glass. Laminated glass is more common on luxury cars especially with airbags. Not all dings are the same. He said that my double dings should be amenable to PDR. He gave me an estimate and we made an appointment. Rich is a great with keeping in contact and was on-time. He and his partner do excellent, meticulous work. Rich even noticed that there was a faint ding on the front driver fender above the charging port. I'm very OCD and even I needed to do a double take to see it. He gave me an excellent price to take care of it while he was there. After the fact- they also do mobile wheel and windsheild repairs. Rich is a master of his craft and a great guy. He picked up the phone himself when I called and gave me a rough quote and a repair time window. He patiently fixed a very stubborn chip in my truck's windshield and saved me from having to replace it. I can't even tell it was ever chipped now. He also explained his process to me and how his machines work, which I always like to hear about as an amateur car guy. Over the years, I have learned that a windshield chip is always far more complex than it first appears, and I have gone through enough replacement windshields that I now call a pro to fix the chip right away when I get one. Wow, I see why Rich has 5 stars!! I got into a small collision that left a dent in my car a few months ago. I called around some places to get an estimate about how much it would be to take out the dent, and wasn't satisfied with the prices of any of them. Fortunately, my coworker had came across Rich and sent him a photo of my car and I quickly got in contact with him. He spoke with me and even drove to my location to check out the dent in my car to give me a better estimate on how much it would be to fix. He was so kind and very transparent! I also had some marks on my front bumper that I asked if he could help fix. I sent him some photos [keep in mind, his job is only aimed towards dents and or chipped/cracked windshields] and he said he would try to make it look slightly better for a more than decent price. I decided that I wanted to work with him, so I made an appointment with him and he WAS very professional throughout the entire process. We decided on a location to meet and he arrived on time. What window chip. It doesn't exist anymore because Rich did such a great job. A pebble hit the top of my windshield and made it crack. The repair was seamless and it's not even noticeable from the outside. Much better than a repair done to window on another side by a different company. Rich saved the window and having me make a claim on my insurance. His service is very reasonably priced compared to replacing an entire window that needs to be recalibrated at a dealership. I have nothing but great things to say about Rich and his business! I had some damage to my drivers side panel after bumping into a pole. I called Rich and right away he answered my call, had me send some photos of the damage and we set up a time for him to come take a look in person. In between my busy schedule and his, he made it convenient for me and he came by to my job to take a look in person and give a estimate. He came to my house the following week and repaired the dents and buffed out the scratches and was done before the hour ended. From the start, Rich was incredibly honest and transparent with me about what he would be able to complete and what my expectations should be. Also, I will add that as a young woman, it can be intimidating to get car work done alone. I've been to many body shops/car dealerships to get quotes etc and I have had some horrible experiences with some men talking down to me, treating me like I was below them/didn't know what I was talking about, and left feeling like I was being taken advantage of.
