To make matters worse, she was also quoted an exorbitant fee for the replacement of an air filter--an extremely simple task that typically takes no more than two minutes to complete. It's disheartening to see what appears to be a clear case of opportunistic overcharging, possibly based on the assumption that a woman wouldn't question the pricing. Shame on you. Actions like this erode trust and reflect poorly on your business. While karma has a way of addressing injustices in due time, the immediate consequence is that you have lost a long-standing customer--someone who had been loyal to your establishment for years.

He did a great job, was very nice, and the price was perfect. He made a new customer and I'll refer him to anyone. Review update: Jay came out and replaced the coil overs and rear brakes on my car. He didn't finish and said he would be back. A month ago. A month of me calling and texting with no response. Meanwhile I have front coil overs that were never adjust properly and a loud clunk from one of them. I would assume at this point he is just ghosting next because he doesn't want to finish the job that I paid him for. Unless I hear back from him with a good explanation of why he couldn't use the phone for a month, I'll leave this review up as a warning for others. Second update: Miraculously the day after I posted the previous update, Jay contacted me. The months worth of text messages and calls weren't enough I guess. He said he was sick and would let me know when he would be able to come by. It's coming up on a month since that message and still no contact from him. Not even after I asked if he couldn't finish the work to just tell me. It's a shame that it got to this point, he seemed reputable at first. But now I'm stuck with a half assed job that I need to take somewhere else to get finished. I didn't think much of it until I returned the car for an inspection and they told me thier equipment could not bring up any codes. (They told me the battery must have been recently disconnected but it has not been touched.) Thier equipment to fix the ABS issue and even to do a simple inspection is innoperable. I didn't realize this until the second visit. Then they made me pay for thier equipment not working. Basically, blaming me for thier inability to do the work.

This all started with me getting a code for an open thermostat. I obtained the thermostat and set up to do it one morning and I was able to take it off pretty easily but once I put it back on, it started leaking and wouldn't stop. I tried removing it again and re-tighten it, but didn't make it any better so I decided to have it towed to the shop after getting a recommendation of this place from a close friend of mine. Mike was the person I spoke with and once I had it towed there within an hour or so he called me and told me what the problem was. Apparently the thermostat housing being plastic I ended up cracking it because I tightened it too tight and they took care of the problem pretty quickly and within an hour or so they called me and told me my truck was ready. Once I arrived, Mike wasn't there, but the two techs that helped me were very thorough and explaining to what happened, they even showed me the piece that was broken. Lots of shops don't do this so immediately they became a place that I could trust in the future. I'll probably use them again instead of doing self repairs myself.

Mechanic even admitted to me he did not write in the system which cylinders he had worked on in the car so he didn't know. To summarize, her car is still misfiring on cylinders they worked on and they did not bother checking because "I didn't check the back 3 cylinders because they're harder to get to"- what the mechanic told her.

I would not recommend this shop. I took my 2018 GMC Acadia in because the A/C wasn't working and…read moreneeded the compressor replaced. After the repair, the replacement compressor immediately started making a loud noise, and I had to bring my vehicle back. Just three days later, they had to replace the compressor again because of the noise. Before I dropped my vehicle off, there was no check engine light. When I picked it up, the check engine light was on. The shop told me it came on when they started the vehicle. After inspecting it myself, I found the intake sensor near the air filter housing had been left unplugged. I reconnected it myself, but the check engine light later came back with a P0113 code. I also discovered the air filter housing was cracked around the screw mounts, which was not damaged before the repair. Even after paying for the repair, they only fixed the front A/C. The rear A/C still blows hot air, so the problem I brought the vehicle in for was never fully resolved. Instead of leaving with a properly repaired vehicle, I ended up making multiple trips back to the shop, finding workmanship issues myself, and dealing with additional problems after the repair. This experience has cost me time, caused unnecessary stress, and left me with a vehicle that still isn't fully repaired. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. Before leaving your vehicle anywhere, take photos beforehand and inspect everything carefully before driving away.
