Within a handful of visits, I was able to notice a significant improvement in my back pain and mobility. Also, my insurance doesn't cover chiropractic visits, so I'm paying out-of-pocket. My daughter is 11 a equestrian rider, due to her age I was hesitant about seeing a chiropractor and getting adjustments. I decided to have her seen due to the constant discomfort and complaints of back pain that started affecting her sleep. UPDATE: I've been going to Dr. Ronco at Torrey Hills Chiropractic for about a year now, and I feel amazing! I had given up hope that my shoulder would ever be "normal" after my clavicle injury, but I almost have full mobility now! My migraines have drastically decreased, as well. Now that I'm in maintenance, I see Dr. Ronco about once a week. It only takes about 5-10 minutes total, and is fully integrated into my weekly routine.
