I was surprised to see it already packed at 4:00 on a weekday, but I soon found out why. They have a great selection of drinks, food and the staff was wonderful. Their food menu has appetizers, entrees and pizzas. It was nice because there was a variety of price options and both smaller and larger portion options. I ordered one of the flatbreads and it was delicious! Packed with flavor, bread not soggy and loaded with ingredients. I sampled a few beers and settled on their seasonal brew (I'm not remembering the name). It was happy hour, so I was pleasantly surprised that my beer was $1 off from the price on the menu board. The inside feels cozy and welcoming. I really enjoyed the decor. I was told their wings are great and they have wing specials, so I'm sure I'll come back to try their wings!

We were given an electronic gadget that buzzed when the food was ready, and we walked over a kitchen window to pick up our food, and they're have a return window for dirty plates once you're done. I got the Pittsburgh Salad which had standard salad items, but it also had banana peppers which I thought added a nice twang to it. I got honey mustard for the dressing and it was unique. It had a very noticeable taste of mustard which I liked. I got grilled chicken as the protein and the chicken was tender, juicy, and pretty tasty. Fries were on top of the salad and they were fine. My friend got the turkey BLT that had avocado on it, and my friend said it was pretty standard. Good service, decent food, and I think we'd both be fine with going back again.

They lived up to the "experimental" name because they really had some unique brews. I sampled a few and was torn between the PB&J and the Koel Aid. I ended up with the Koel Aid because it was so incredibly different than anything I had ever tried before. It very much smelled like grape juice (or very fruity wine) but was very distinctly beer. It was such a weird (but tasty) drink. I enjoyed it so much that I ended up bringing a six pack home. I didn't order any food, but they had a lot of tasty sounding pizzas that people kept coming in for take out orders for. I definitely want to go back and try their pizza and some additional beers. Of note is that it is family friendly. There were two families when I was there and the bartender said they have sponsored youth organizations and teams in the past and had their celebrations at their location.

The service was also fantastic, the bartender Riley was so friendly and gave good suggestions and let me sample a few before I decided. I went with her suggestion and had the Koolade sour beer. We all had different variations of the honey pie (which we loved), I tried the arugula salad and it was nice, others at our table had the garlic knots & the cheesesteak and they said they were wonderful. We stopped in on a Friday and since they're dog friendly, have the pups join us. There's ample seating and we found a spot by the bar. We see the cask and both order it and it indeed takes us back to pubs in Edinburgh. We also try other beers they have and appreciate that the ABVs are reasonable. They have food trucks since there's no kitchen and we ordered. It's El Rincon Oaxaqueño on the day we went. My burrito comes out hot and delicious. As we wrapped up, more people arrived and it gets livelier. Overall good spot to check out!
