I just went to Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior and now arriving at Tory Burch. It was the BEST stop out of all the other stores and let me tell you why... I was greeted upon entry! All 3 girls were very nice... They have an EXCELLENT and a wide selection of handbags, shoes and accessories. I was shopping for a Christmas present or presents for myself so I was ready to roam around but, Yuki asked what color and style I liked and she brought me a couple to see and I loved it!! I was sold!! She also showed me how versatile the backpack was ;) We also got some nice VALUE of a croc purse that was 40% off. Tory products look and feel great. I have several lucky sneakers and handbags. They are made with great quality that lasts throughout the years if taken care of... VALUE: My husband said they look better than some Chanel bags! lol Tory Burch usually has a sale around SPRING and FALL so make sure to watch out for those deals! And PRIVATE SALES!! SERVICE: EXCELLENT A++++++++++++++++++++++++ I had a better experience here than Chanel, Louis Vuitton and Christian Dior. I was ready to spend $$$$ But, the lady at the Chanel store kept yawning and didn't even bring me a purse, I had to go hunting for displays throughout the store. Had a wonderful experience at Tory Burch our SA was attentive and they had a very large selection even though the store is very small so it was hard to walk around because it was very busy our SA Jo was ready with suggestions and even brought out champagne for us. Everyone in the store asked if we needed anything and really made it a special experience. I ended up purchasing a bag and sandals because of their summer semi annual sale it was a great value too. read more

Came in just to look around since we had time to kill before our table was ready for lunch. Security at the front greeted us and let us in. Not sure if that's a new thing for privacy or more so, so that people who attempt to steal can't get away so easily. My girlfriend has one of their large Totes in black, that I got for her for her birthday. And she wanted to see if there was a small clutch she could add to it, to replace her previous one. She ended up finding a nice multi colored clutch in leather, that had various colors on it. Perfect for matching several different colored ensembles. I also liked the fact that many of the items in store aren't really featured online. Giving you an exclusive feel, or at least not something easily purchased online. I love Tory Burch! I own a few bags and shoes so I'm a fan! Color and decor of the store is bright orange and gold, it's a teeny store but who cares, you can find accessories, shoes and clothes...and a sales section. If you bring in your better half he can sip on a Corona while you try on your favorite shoes! I was in here trying on some cute canvas flats but sadly the fit was not right. I've been trying to reach the store for several days and no one will answer. I even used the Tory Burch chat feature to confirm I had the correct number. I understand that stores get busy, but just answering and asking me to wait or provide a call back number is simple basic customer service. I love-love-love Tory Burch but I HATE shopping at this location. If you like TB go to the other stores in Vegas. The lead sales lady at this location is so pushy and she will not let you just browse. She follows you around and comments on everything you touch or look at. It makes it impossible to shop when someone is commenting on everything you look at and asking you a million questions while you do so. 2014 YELP 100 CHALLENGE - 34/100 Nice Tory location! Supposedly they're moving it to a different space at the Caesar Forum shops later on this year, but for now it's by Henri Bendel and the MAC Cosmetics store. Came in here the other day just to browse. I wasn't planning on buying anything, but I always like to pop into any Tory Burch store I run into because she's my favorite designer :) This location is kinda small. I've never seen a layout quite like this one, but there's very little room. Perhaps they're moving to take over a large space? I'm not sure. The sales associates were very friendly and greeted me upon entry. I overheard another woman who had come in right after me. She had come from the Palazzo Tory Burch location and put a purse on hold at this location. The sales associates helped her quickly and efficiently and it seemed to be an easy transaction! They had a great selection of Tory's shoes at this location. Unfortunately, you can't see them all laid out together because they have these weird column-like shelves where they store the shoes. Loved this store! I've been wanting to see the Dena Messenger bag in person for a few weeks now and I finally made my way over to the store in the Forum Shops. The store can be found at the end of a "cul-de-sac" in the Forum Shops. I almost didn't even walk down that way as there wasn't a whole lot going on. The store is super tiny. How tiny? The cash register is in the back storage somewhere. Which is kind of refreshing not to see people standing in line. Rather you just hang out and they go in the back, ring you up, come back out and have you sign the receipt and bring out your purchase in a beautiful Tory Burch pink and orange bag. So like I said, I've been wanting to see the Dena Messenger bag in person and the really nice sales lady said they have been sold out for a few weeks and just got two back in stock. I immediately loved it and bought it! She was really helpful with how the bag can turn into three different purses and adjusted the straps for me. They have clothes, shoes, accessories and of course purses in the store. I found like five pairs of shoes that I wanted but needed to jet outta there. My husband said he actually really liked the store- go figure! I'll will definitely be back to fill my shoe craving! read more

She is one of the best dressed in the boutique always (I know they always wear Tory obv but Diana rocks it all together) and has this uncanny ability to pull product you normally wouldn't and the pulls are always fantastic. Pretty good and quick service. My wife walked in here wanting the Reva shoe. She picked out the color and they were helpful and pleasant. The couches were comfortable and I was glad that we got to be in and out of there really quick. As we were leaving, I asked the salesperson what Tory Burch made first, bags or shoes or what. She said they made shoes first which is a huge plus since it feels like the shoe will stay timeless and I wouldn't want her to have shoes from a company that specializes in purses. read more

I went into the store to ask for price match which is their own website, they told me I must show them the physical back, with the tag still attach. I came here with a friend who was shopping. I did try on a pair of shoes, but they didn't have the next size up. They offered to order it for me, but I declined. I thought this store was really small, like claustrophobic small. I had to leave for a quick minute. Too many people in the store and they all ended up being representatives and shift changes going on. I had a great time chatting with the reps while my friend was making up her mind. And they were playing good music, so I was getting my groove -- and they were totally down with it. Nothing inappropriate. I think they were playing motown. I came in a few weeks ago with my handsome and when I first walked in I thought "oh this store is tiny" but as I walked in some more the store kept going and going and I got giddy! I was just browsing and everyone that works there was extremely friendly and not in a phony sales way. They were down to earth, not pushy and asked questions about us. I was looking at a purse and one of the sales ladies asked if I would like to see it in a different color but I didn't because I wasn't so sure on it. Poor Service Asked to purchase a bag and she immediately took the bag from the shelf and started to process the transaction. I had to ask her, do you have new stock? She replied no, this is all we have. she didn't even bother to ask if I was ok with demonstration stock. I checked the bag over and it had marks, so told her I did not want to buy a marked item. she didn't even offer to check the other store or ask if I wanted to order in.
