    Matcha

I am not a huge ice cream or sweet guy, but I will partake in so if dragged to a place after an event. Menu is huge here and I decided to try the Matcha in a small cup and it was great and perfect size. Would try more in future.

Really good ice cream spot in Cambridge. They offer a variety of flavors-both classic and original. You can sample flavors as well. I got a small with one scoop of cookie dough and one scoop of nocciola (hazelnut). Both were creamy and very flavorful. Sprinkles are free as well so I was excited. They have plenty of seating and free newspapers to read so it was fun. Service was fast and they were friendly too. Definetely check this place out!!

Came to Toscanini's on one of the hottest day's of the summer - ultimately satisfied and wished I had another day to try more flavors. Toscanini's has 2 locations, each with different rotating flavors. This one on First Street advertised a Spicy BBQ flavor, and I just had to go try it. The inside is very spacious with light wood walls and concrete flooring - very industrial/home-improvement-big-box-warehouse vibes. At the counter were several teens/young 20-somethings chatting amongst themselves. We were helped shortly after perusing the huge list of flavors. Whoever helped us allowed us to try a bunch of flavors. We tried: - Spicy BBQ - SUPER spicy, be forewarned. Definitely an interesting flavor, but personally could not handle an entire scoop of it. - Tahini - strong sesame flavor, but also a little plain We ended up ordering: - B3 - browned butter, caramely notes. This is their signature flavor. - Orange dark chocolate - although I didn't detect any orange, this was still a yummy chocolate flavor - French vanilla - basic for the SO's plain taste buds - Salty caramel - SO's go-to is caramel so this was a no-brainer for him Checking the website's flavor menu now, I really wished I was there to try their Miso Peanut Butter! Will definitely have to return if we're ever here in Boston!

So good! We got the milo, malt cookies and cream, and I forgot the name of it but it was like a vanilla base with grape nuts. The shop had a few tables and had a modern look. The people at the counter were really nice and answered all our questions. You were allowed to taste test. The malt cookies and cream was my favorite! It had oreo cookies that created different texture to the ice cream. The milk was good but I felt it was average since it was basically chocolate. The grape nut one was better than I thought it was gonna be.

Toscanini's is a creamy located in Cambridge and they make all their ice cream from scratch. And this creamy has very unique flavors! I had half Pistachio and half Milo Godzilla, which I highly recommend! The ice cream consistency was smooth and velvety. They give free samples if you ask for them. Will be back again!

Ordered burnt sugar flavor with sugar cone in chilly afternoon. I liked the first bite but it was pretty bitter after first bite lol they have small seating areas but it's uncomfortable high chair setting. I recommend to do take out and enjoy walking on mass ave with ice cream on your hand!

Toscanini's came as a high recommendation to me, so I went out of my to stop by in Cambridge to try it. They definitely offer a nice variety of flavors, so I wanted to sample different ones. The staff seemed a bit irritated that I asked for multiple samples, even though there was no line. One of the flavors I tried was B3, and once I did I knew I had to get a double scoop of that. B3 has HUGE chunks of soft brownie inside, and the brown sugar flavor throughout the ice cream is excellent and very rich. Very deep in flavor, I highly recommend B3!

Their Goat cheese and Earl grey ice cream is delicious. A little bit on the sweeter side but nice and creamy. I would say they have a big space but not as much seating. I'm assuming that's because they wanted to leave room for when there is a line of people. One of the better ice cream spots in the Boston area.

Heard really good reviews about this place. So came here at night on 4th of July to celebrate after fireworks. Really fresh and creamy ice cream. I really loved it for sure. Had to get that B3! Such Large brownie bits in, It was beautiful! And such a beautiful combination with that whole brown butter and brown sugar thing going on. Definitely could have finished three scoops of this! Cookie dough ice cream was nice as well.

B3... but no brownies in sight!

Located on Dunster Street, the shop is designed for efficiency, with a straightforward layout that keeps the line moving even during busy hours. There are a few counter seats inside, but it's primarily a grab-and-go destination where most people leave carrying one of the bakery's signature string-tied pastry boxes. The cannolis are the main reason to visit, and they certainly live up to their reputation in terms of size. The classic chocolate chip cannoli is generously filled from end to end with a rich, sweet ricotta cream, while the crisp shell provides just the right amount of crunch. If you're looking for something a little different, the Florentine cannoli is an excellent choice. Its honey-nut shell adds an extra layer of texture and a subtle caramelized flavor that pairs beautifully with the creamy filling. Beyond the cannolis, the bakery offers an impressive selection of Italian pastries, cookies, cakes, and other desserts. The lobster tails are another popular option, with flaky layers surrounding a rich cream filling, and the display cases are filled with enough variety to make it difficult to choose just one item. Prices are a bit higher than your average neighborhood bakery, but the portions are generous enough that many pastries can easily be shared. Service is quick and efficient, with staff focused on keeping the line moving throughout the day. Since seating is limited, it's worth taking your pastries to nearby Harvard Yard or the Charles River, where you can enjoy them at a more relaxed pace. Mike's Pastry may be best known for its North End flagship, but the Cambridge location delivers the same oversized cannolis and classic Italian desserts in a much more convenient setting. Whether you're craving the original chocolate chip cannoli or one of their many other pastries, it's an easy stop whenever you're spending time around Harvard Square.
