Came here walking by looking for dessert. This place tee'd that up perfectly. It has a small mom and pop feel from the appearance but seems to lack a few things with staff execution. Went here and the only thing that kinda bummed me out was the service. The employee was either having a bad day or just wasn't feeling it at all. Idk. This shop has a great location right next to the Harvard T stop. There are so many flavors to choose from. I tried 4 flavors. The Banana Split was a unique flavor I have not seen before and it was delicious! I was also a fan of the Colombian Coffee flavor. I give this 4 stars instead of 5 because it was a bit pricey and the other two flavors I tried didn't stand out to me to make the price worth it. I was excited to see a new dessert place in Harvard Square but was pretty disappointed by what I tried. The macarons are quite pricey at around $3 each, and unfortunately I don't think they're worth the money. The caramel macaron was a bit sloppily assembled and wet. The only good part was the dulce de leche but how can you go wrong with that? The mango macaron was so bad -- it had a rubber like texture and an artificial flavor. I also tried the Le Macaron in Assembly Row and the tiramisu macaron was just bad, so I think this seems to be a trait of the chain and not the Harvard branch. I really did not like these macarons and will not be coming back. read more

Saw this new bakery open up and was excited to try it! The door is connected with the door to the bank, which was a bit confusing. I actually went to the location at the Assembly. Yelp does not let me review that one. Brochure at the store informed me that the business was founded by the failed architect. And it shows. I got lemon macaroons. Disgusting. Texture was not macaroon-like and it tasted just like a sugar. Very little, if any, lemon. I buy lemon macaroons at Whole Foods. Better quality by two orders of magnitude. I also bought two pieces of fruit paste. There is more fruit taste in a no brand jam I can get from Stop and Shop. Such a shame.
