I hate having strangers come into my private residence for the purpose of providing service/estimates then disappearing without a word...feels weird and sketchy. In my bedroom, they painted, added new baseboards, installed recessed lights, & replaced my old ceiling fan with a fandelier. In my bathroom, it was a complete renovation; all I kept was the toilet so everything else was new. The guys installed a new floor, vanity, lights, shower, shelves, mirror, medicine cabinet, and curtain. The entire project took two weeks. Kras Development is my new favorite contractor & I know from experience that a great contractor is hard to find. I'm not sure if they know it but they're stuck with me now & I'll be calling them for all my future projects. You can tell they love what they do.
