One tile which was white began turning pink after six months. Best Tile said it was my tile installers fault even though my builder and I dispute it with reasonable evidence. I asked for names of the people who determined the installation was faulty and I was told by Best Tile they were not at liberty to tell me. After much effort my builder arranged for Best tile to sell us the tile for their cost. This time I did check on prices and their cost was more than other tile companies sell it for. We went to numerous tile stores looking for a better bull-nose option and couldn't find anything close to our large-scale wall tile pattern. A general contractor recommended that we check out Mosaic in Rockville and we're very glad we did! Their tile options were the best we have seen and we found a bull-nose large scale (6" x 18") tile that is a near-perfect match to our wall tile! J.R. and Mr. Rueda were fantastic reps and we only wish we had started at Mosaic for all our tiling needs. And the price was very reasonable! We won't go anywhere else again. He came to our house very quickly after our initial outreach, returned later with grout samples, and walked us through options at the showroom. He always responded quickly to emails and texts. He helped us navigate tile shortages and advised us when we needed to order from a third party. Thomas, the installer, was also fantastic. His work is beautiful, and on top of that, he was just incredibly lovely to be around. He not only tolerated, but was awesomely kind to, our very loud and unhelpful dog! He also went above and beyond dealing with various issues that arose. James, who came on one of the days, was also great. On top of everything else, we really appreciated how both Joe and Thomas worked things out so that we could live in the house throughout the installation. That was really helpful as far as both hassle and the potential extra cost of lodging. We got porcelain wood-look tiles, and we really like the outcome (see picture). 100% recommend.
