She seemed to be everywhere at once--our water glasses never dropped below half full, dirty plates disappeared almost immediately, and she checked on us throughout every course. It was perfectly crispy, and the fresh lemon squeezed over it at the end was a fantastic touch. For my entrée, I had the lamb with ratatouille, and it was absolutely amazing--packed with flavor. The harissa served with the pita bread added a nice kick and complemented the dish perfectly. My wife ordered the shaved lamb, and it was clearly not the typical store-bought variety. It tasted house-made, and the flavor was outstanding. We finished with the baklava, which was excellent--super flaky, not overly sweet, and filled with natural honey flavors.
