Despite doing nothing, they charge outrageous fees: 2.5 hours for driving, $25 for gas, and demanded $1,200 without providing any real service. This company is dishonest, incompetent, and only interested in overcharging. Stay away.

I have only good interactions with the company and staff. Since I can't bring my elevator to them, I'm required to pay for their time to come to me. Usually, when I have a problem with my elevator, a tech is out that day to find the cause. If it's after normal working hours, the techs are more than happy to come out, just requires authorization for the charge. The front office understands the mechanics of maintaining the elevator's equipment and necessary inspections and/or reports. When I've asked a question, they willingly explain in layman's terms the answer. I'm glad as the original manufacturer, they can replace the same parts, which costs less than upgrading. I recommend this company for its honesty, friendly and helpful front office and great service motto. They keep my elevator running.
