They did a great job but due to the nature of a 18 yr old coming in saying he did a full 6in lift kit by himself and all he wanted was a alignment is skeptical to say the least ALSO ONE OF THE ONLY SHOPS AROUND THAT DOES ALIGNMENTS ON LIFTED TRUCKS The alignment itself: honestly pretty good however have a slight lean to drivers side which they blamed the tires for (it didn't do that previously with my 3.5in lift) which was not the culprit I later found culprit to be the lower control arm bolts due to finding that the bolt side is stationary with the alignment washers while the nut locks position of them into place and finding one washer isn't aligned the same way on opposite side meaning the bolt is stripped were the washer is most likely due to tightening on wrong side which very well could of been my fault during install of lift kit. it's a 10$ bolt and 4$ washers and I'm not gonna be blaming anybody unless I know for sure who it was especially over 14$. Customer service: absolutely amazing they were really nice people very transparent with me and helped me look at pricing for tires that I needed regardless of if it was effecting alignment or not. Also hooked me up with a goodie bag!!! Also bilingual! About the techs: Occasionally they would come in to the waiting area to ask me about something that the techs wanted to know (the techs are mostly Spanish speaking which I can understand but not speak fluently) and the techs are thorough with what they need to do they test drove it more than once and made some small tweaks. Extra notes: I did get a few questions about what a sound could be I told them they could bend the rotor dust sheild because I was planning on replacing it anyway (yes that was the issue) The bad: the damn pothole in-front of the shop is the worst part of the experience I swear one day (if it hasn't happened already) it will take off someone's bumper or side skirt it's a 4in deep hole that they need to go around or through

My husband and I are in a bad way financially right now, and Tana has already secured my business with reassurance, kindness, and payment plan options for whatever we might need done. I think we can actually handle this! I am breathing much easier, and my shoulders are dropping. I didn't know that regulating one's nervous system could be done by an auto shop! O_O We reached out to RCR because of these positive reviews. They really help - write reviews, people! We are looking for a mechanic we can truly get behind and be loyal to. We also want to be able to wholeheartedly recommend to friends, family, and clients (I'm a mental health counselor and my clients are almost all struggling, too!). It is SUCH a thing, the treasure of finding an upstanding and authentic mechanic (and wife)! A MILLION OUT OF TEN, DO RECOMMEND!…read more We've been having some car issues for a few months, and unfortunately, we've been screwed over at other local shops that have a) lied to us about actual issues to try and get us to pay more, b) have had insane prices. Normally I take to Yelp for everything (duh), but I decided to post in a local Facebook mom's group about our recent issues in search of a mechanic that is tried, true, and reliable. River City Repair was suggested by another local mom, and from there it was less than a WEEK that we had our car up and running with no shady business done. Mark, the owner, actually owns two tow trucks and was able to come tow my vehicle for an incredibly affordable price to the shop. Not only that, but they called me their next business day before 9am with a diagnosis and price. From approving the fixes to the car being ready (and there was a laundry list) it took 48 hours.... 48 HOURS! They worked incredibly fast for the work that needed to be done. And for 8 total things that needed to be fixed (a couple that were major and made it so we couldn't drive the car), we were out the door for parts and labor for less than $2,500. My husband was dumbfounded at their honesty and affordability after a year of dealing with car issues/shady businesses between the two of us. We were ready to throw in the towel and scrap the car and just buy something new even though we reallllly didn't want to, so I am SO glad I posted on that page and was introduced to River City Repair. I met Mark's wife, Tana, over Facebook and she was the one who put all of the gears into motion to get us scheduled to even offering a one-time free diagnostic to help out a local fellow mom. Mark personally drove the truck to pick our car up and he was such a kind, personable guy - even down to showing our two year old truck-obsessed son a few things on the tow truck (and totally making his day). Mark made a comment about his clients becoming like family, and I can TOTALLY see why. They're such great, honest people and this is the epitome of a small local business being a pillar in their community. Hands down we have found our go-to shop. Brought in my 2005 Acura RSX for some maintenance after recently purchasing the vehicle…read more I had been experiencing some shaking at higher RPM and brought it in to Stacked. After a quick test drive and inspection. I was told that it was the engine mounts, and perhaps my VTec solenoid might be on its way out. The guys were able to get parts super fast and repairs done within the day. It costed less than what the the dealer had quoted me as well. Great group of young men. Will be certainly recommending to my friends and family.
