I arrived to the appointment early and am glad that I did so that I could get into the appropriate mindset. As I was waiting to enter the treatment room, I encountered another customer who said she had been coming to Total Radiance Skincare for about a year, and said that the body wraps worked wonders--we bonded briefly over hip pain/extreme joint stiffness in this cold. I was in the wrap for about 45 minutes and especially liked the heated booties. It was hard getting used to the pulsing sensations on my abdomen, but hey, maybe that meant it was doing some good. My feet were nice and toasty throughout :) . Although it is not a magic bullet, as the wraps work best when combined with a healthy, low GI diet, I appreciated the relaxing and detoxing benefits, especially during this never ending winter, when simply getting from point A to point B is stressful in and of itself. A sweet bonus was the "sample" Myopulse facial that I received. I will definitely look into booking this treatment, as it helped brighten my skin tone and helped alleviate some congestion beneath my right eye. This business prides itself on its holistic, nonsurgical interventions, and this is definitely an ethos that I can get behind.
