They run pretty efficiently (from our family visits) and for my annual eye exam, I was done in about 30 mins. Dilation can still be done but with my busy schedule, I opt for the Optomap imaging and pay a bit more (~$25) as getting dilated & dealing with it all day is no longer doable. We needed to get some prescription sports sunglasses for the runner in the family. They carried a few of the Prescription Oakley of interest so it was good to go in and physically try them on (unlike online). To be clear, they were not cheap, but we reviewed all the options (tint color, reflection, etc...) and I have to admit, they look pretty sweet!!

Dr. Pearson squeezed me in Friday and had be seeing pain free m 15 minutes and gave me his cell phone to call him if I needed him. My wife went into labor Sunday morning and I was able to safe drive her to the hospital and see my daughter born because of this man. My experience was absolutely pain free and fantastic! I have horrible vision and need an annual check up to get contacts or glasses. #firstworldproblems All of the staff I've met have been super kind. Last year, changes were made with insurance to what medical necessity contacts I could wear, so I had to try new ones which were a bit painful. Luckily though after a few weeks of trying the new dailys, I was able to swap them out for what I had been wearing after making a call and paying a small difference. A couple weeks ago I noticed we hadn't set up my annual visit - so I called and was able to make a next-day appointment. Again, more changes to my vision insurance but they've been able to give me more options to try before I set on one style for the year. I got a call asking how my contact samples have been going. He did a thorough exam, identified the issue, and he was spot on. It cleared up soon after. Now I see him annually for an eye exam. Also, my friend saw him recently for cataract surgery. She said she was treated very well. Her surgery went fantastically, and she now has 20-/20 vision at age 71! I brought her to the surgery and to the after-care visit. She told me she couldn't find me in the system and couldn't reach anyone because it was an automated line, then suggested that I call myself. At no point did she offer the option to pay out of pocket, which I would have been willing to do. Instead, she seemed more focused on discussing lunch plans with her coworkers than helping me find a solution. I decided to cancel my appointment, called my insurance directly, and got verification immediately. I ended up going to another office that verified my insurance right away and provided excellent service.
