I usually go to anyone who is available and have never had an issue...... until today. I sat in the right chair in the second row closest to the register. I requested a full set with design and nude acrylic. Not only did the technician rush through this process, I ended up with crooked nail installation, bumpy acrylic lay, and subpar replica of the requested design. I paid $80 + a tip (I try to tip regardless). I don't even live in Estero; I drive out of my way because I typically have a good experience here. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied! I will no longer be a patron here.
