I went to the mall to take advantage of one of the in-person chair massage stands and after walking 1/2 the mall of not seeing one, I came across this place. I was hoping to fix a sore neck and shoulders after a recent surgery. Told them I wanted a chair massage to work on these areas. They encouraged me to lay on a bed for full massage and I agreed through our broken English conversation. I said I only wanted a 30 minute massage, he was pushing me for 60-90 minutes massage probably because I was their only customer. I insisted on only 30 minutes and glad I did not agree to more. A man worked my upper area while a woman worked my feet/calves. The man must be angry and took all his anger out on my back. My back is actually tender in areas and my neck and shoulders are no better off after. Based upon my experience, I will not return nor could I recommend them. read more

We were lied too!!! My friend and I wanted the 60min combo foot & body $ 80.00. For this we were told we would two people- one staff to work on foot and the other for body. We said ok. One of their guys come over and said "I give you a deal. For you and friend I give you 90 min for $100.00" which was the foot/body combo. So my friend and I agreed to his "special deal", as the original price was $110.00 After 45 min of our therapy, the guy said "time is up". We looked at our watch and we only had 45 min of foot/ body therapy. Not the 90 min for $100.00 "special deal" we were verbally given. Now for 45 min foot/body combo, the man wants $100.00 each for the both of us!!! Really?! I was so pissed that he lied to our faces. His excuse was he split up 90 min "45 minutes each " but wanted us BOTH to PAY FULL PRICE $100.00. My understanding was he had offered us 90 min each foot/body combo for deal of $100 verses the original price of $110.00. We left with only myself paying him $100, he was embarrassed as I was mad and making a scene to make sure everyone heard us how he ripped us off. Unbelievable!!! My friend hurt her back after the therapy, none of their staffcasked if she was ok but rather laughed at us. I will never go to one of these mall sessions ever again! read more

Absolutely horrible massage. Got a 20 min massage and i dont think it was the full time but i had 3 separate people massage me during those like 15 min. The guys were weird so i asked this lady to switch so the male could massage my boyfriend and she could massage me and it seemed to be an issue but they switched. But then half way through some man started to massage me for 5 minutes, then ANOTHER game came and finished up. They tried to massage me head and they were squeezing and poking it so hard i left with a migraine. Do not go here!!! read more

I went to get a massage at this place and the massage therapist was terrible. Was very inexperienced and I had to end the service early. The owner of the establishment gave me a free massage coupon for next time. I decided to use the coupon and came back to get a massage only to find out that he wasn't going to give me a free massage but only $10 off. The coupon he gave me was for a free Massage and his reply was that was last year's coupon. He just gave me the coupon a couple weeks ago in March of 2025. Why would you give somebody last years coupon. Establishment is terrible, massage therapist are not properly trained. Do not go here! They will also try to get 2 people to massage you and then charged you double without telling you until after your service or mid way through your service. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! They were aggressive, threatened me, and wouldn't let me leave unless I gave them a $20 tip on a bad $60 massage. Also, the 1-hour massage was only 45 minutes. I even called the mall security.... who never came. I would give them zero stars if the app allowed. read more

Had a one hour massage...asked for a deep massage. The man gave me the works, massaged my buttocks with his knee. It was a massage like no other and he even cracked my back after. It hurt, but I felt so relaxed after. They speak little English, but are nice. Give them a try! read more

This has always been my little secret but I'm going to share. Love. Owing here for a massage. It's a walk-in no appointment necessary, inside Grapevine Mills Mall. It's down by the Field House and Burlington. They also have massage chairs set up in the mall but I recommend the store front. They don't speak much English but you aren't going there to talk. :) You ever get that knot in your shoulder blade? Yeah me too. They know how to work it. Also great foot rubs! Ok, there's my secret. I was at the Grapevine Mill mall with my oldest grand-daughter and she decided she needed a foot massage and I had a head, neck and back massage. Over the past 3 decades I have had many professional massages by therapists and I knew to tell the lady that I did not want a light touch and she followed my instructions and checked to be sure I was okay with everything several times. For myself, I would go back as it totally met my expectations. The staff was attentive and polite. The space was attractive and calming. I love red so that was perfect for me. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! This is the most horrible massage place I have ever visited. I first stopped in here to get a 30-minute massage. I asked for medium pressure, which the "therapist" took to mean very hard. It was painful, and after several times asking him to do a lighter pressure, I finally just gave up and vowed never to come back. Well, unfortunately, I didn't share this experience with my husband. So, as birthday gift this year, he bought me a gift card to this place!! So, I thought well surely every therapist there, can't be that terrible and decided to give it a try. I stopped in with my gift card that they gave my husband for a 60-minute session. The first man looked at it and asked if I had my receipt. When I explained that my husband was only given the SIGNED TOTALLY CHI gift card, he went and handed it another woman. She then began speaking in their native language and ALL of the therapists quickly began to join in to the conversation, that I could not understand. She then began to tell me that I did not purchase the card from them. I asked if there was another Totally Chi in Grapevine Mills because that's clearly where my gift card was from. She said no, and because of the language barrier, the conversation was going nowhere fast. I had my husband pull up the transaction on his bank statement and screenshot/text it to me. After showing her the transaction, she started telling me that my card was signed by an "old manager" and that I needed to call him. I called the number, no answer. No surprise there! I am now having my husband dispute the charge, but would advise everyone else to stay away. These people are rude, dishonest, and thieves. read more

I have been getting massages for 20 + years and this was the worst experience ever. I asked for very firm pressure and he started out that way and then started talking in his native tongue with two other massage therapist. He was talking with his hands so kept quitting my massage. He was leaning over me and talking so loud. He would stay in the same spot for a long time because he was talking the whole time. NOT AT ALL RELAXING. I will never return. WORST PLACE read more
