All of the girls in the office are extremely friendly and informative. Went in for a body scan for F45 body challenge. Had a wonderful experience with Jennifer during a difficult LPI procedure. I was so nervous but she calmed me down and kept me steady so we could get through it. I scheduled an appointment at Total Med Solutions in Allen for a body scan. I was in and out in no time, the facilities was nice and clean. Staff was attentive, helpful and nice it almost felt like a Dentist office with all the warm,friendly smiles. The Med Solutions Specialist, Mrs. Sterling was awesome! After my service was complete she explained my result asked me if I had any questions at time or if I thought of something later, I could give her a call. Now that's great customer service. So I went with my 3 roommates and right off the back when we walked in we WERE NOT GREETED and the man at the front staired at us and did not say one thing , and then he proceeded to help two other people with out saying anything to us , and then walked away and the lady had to walk over and help us . I do my laser sessions here, and Jennifer the senior technician- was the best! She is calm, patient, and friendly throughout the whole session and makes sure that you're comfortable and relaxed. Today was my second visit for vitamin B12 injections. Office manager Duwayne Seekely was amazingly helpful. She assisted me with some SkinDrink products, helped my try several before I made my purchase , and made a special effort to locate their lipbalm for me, which is an incredible product by the way. After I made my purchase, I asked about my series of B12 shots and she was able to work me in so I could have one. The assistant who injected me was very professional and friendly as well. I am going back weekly for the B12, and I feel very comfortable there. The customer service from Duwayne was excellent and I appreciate her taking extra time to help me. read more

I went for the first time today for juvederm lip injections. I was a little nervous but the staff is amazing! Acacia (I'm so sorry if I spell your name wrong) was unbelievable. She walked me through everything, was super patient and made me feel very comfortable. It was painless and quick. I hardly have any swelling and I'm super excited to see when I am fully healed! My Mom and I LOVE her and are genuinely grateful for her skill & knowledge of skincare! She has completely single-handedly cured my skin with her laser treatments and skincare suggestions. Hair Removal Buyer beware!!!! Total WASTE of 2k for a Brazilian. My sisters experience total different elsewhere and going to use her technician moving forward. While my under arms and legs came out DECENT HAIR GROWING THERE AGAIN ALREADY.... But my new girl (at another company) is amazing and fixing it!!! Will review her when she's done! My Brazilian was laughable and the worst part is on the last three sessions, I repeatedly asked the lady if she had missed areas in my Brazilian. She always reassured me she had gotten everything, although it certainly seemed like she was missing a lot of places and turning down the power. Now it's obvious she was definitely missing places rather intentionally I'm hearing. I went somewhere else a month after I completed the series of six as I still had almost all hair down there. The technician assured me TMS did NOT follow appropriate procedures and that what I experienced was not professional but definitely shady and underhanded practices. I definitely won't be back. The results speak for themselves. The entire staff is snotty and tried to overcharge me multiple times - luckily I came to expect it and always kept them straight as they couldn't do math or laser hair removal apparently. Not going back to this place - better results elsewhere! No seeing another review of a lady with similar experience on Google. Wish The bad review had been posted before I spent money. Misty is awesome!!! I see her every few months for botox and touch ups. She always tells me less botox is better, never over sells and tells me where and how many units for things to look natural. I've been getting botox since my late twenties, but Misty has been the most personable and honest RN I've worked with. I sometimes text her before appts and she always remembers me. I had an IPL laser treatment done today by Mary and had a great experience. She was extremely knowledgable and informative about the whole procedure. She suggested I add a microdermabrasion before the treatment and it made a huge difference. This was definitely the most thorough treatment I have ever received and will definitely keep seeing her. read more

So I was going to leave a bad review due to the girls in front office and ineffective botox, but my experience with Acacia changed all that. So I have had botox for 10 years with my doctor, tried going to cheaper more convenient places but botox never seemed to be as effective. I tried this place and I didn't get the results I am used to. I came in for redo but was running late, so called to let them know. I was told it was fine. However when I showed up the ladies in front office told me I had to reschedule. UGH!!! I voiced my displeasure and mentioned that I had actually called. Apparently the number listed for this place goes to a call center, so often times there is miscommunication. Luckily it was sorted out, and I saw Acacia who fixed the initial problem and explained to me in detail why it happened. I recommend coming here but don't rely on the call center for accurate appointments etc read more

I love coming here for my treatments. I use to go to an overpriced place in north park mall but I get treated a lot better here and the ladies take their time to answer any questions and think about the customer first. They advised me to sign up for aspire and brilliant distinctions rewards and I have already saved money. They are honest and do not try to sell just to make money. Great location, clean office, friendly front office, the equipment is up to date, always working . They are very good at not doing the harassing up sell. If your interested in other services the staff will discuss the procedure and price openly. I have been very happy with my IPL results. I'm very disappointed with Total Med Solutions, in order for them to take on as many clients and make as much money as they can, they schedule same day appointments over the phone. Once you get to the office they tell you they don't schedule same day appointments. I normally would not have a problem but I took time off from work after I was told they had an appointment for me. Please not that I received a call from the call center so I was originally fine with scheduling the appointment another day. This is poor customer service and in my opinion just another practice to make more money. After this appointment since I've already paid for it I will be looking for someone else to take my business to. read more

I won't be going back. I went for Botox and thought the staff was unprofessional. The first nurse who took me back to the room had dirty, greasy hair. Her tennis shoes were filthy and her face was completely broken out. She looked like she just rolled out of bed. When we walked into the room the paper on the bed was from the previous patient. She changed the paper in front of me. Typically that's done in between patients. When the second nurse came in to do the Botox she also had dirty hair. I couldn't believe how these girls come to work! They both had a very relaxed attitude. Like they were my girlfriends. And my Botox is not even on my forehead. Very disappointed. read more

I was very hopeful about the new Total Med Solutions in Allen. It was close to home AND more importantly, I was hopeful I could become customer of Total Med again since I no longer wished to go to Total Med Solutions in Plano. I went there for Botox. For over three years, I've always gotten 25 ccs of Botox in the same location. I've had 4 people inject me and all provided outstanding results. 4 people at 3 different locations. When I went to the Allen location, Lynne convinced me to get a total of 30 ccs. Two weeks later, I contacted Lynne and told her I was not getting the results I expected. Here I spent more and got the least impressive results. Lynne did try to resolve the issue and wanted to be helpful. But her solution was for me to buy more botox. I already did that and it didn't work so why would I do that again? read more

Very happy with my results. I waited two full weeks, and had my touch up with Acacia. She was wonderful from the beginning. I was a little hesitant since I had purchased a groupon. But I should've in reality purchased the deal from them since they had the same deal going without having to go through groupon. Anyways, from the moment I made the appointment, to the follow up, to walking in, was a great experience. They were prompt and on time. We talked about my problem areas and I did wind up needing more then my groupon covered. However, Acacia was great because she had me sign up on the Dysport website so I was able to get $20 off. So all in all I wound up spending and extra $80 on top of the groupon. I went yesterday for my follow up because I had 2 small areas of concern. She was right on time, of course nice as could be, and very helpful with what I was needing. She knew I didn't want that frozen look, and I feel we have totally achieved the look I wanted. This place does a great job on Juvaderm! I think I see Acacia (after looking at previous reviews) but I can't remember her name. She has brown hair and is younger. Super sweet and does a phenomenal job, and has made me feel so comfortable each time. I've been multiple times and I always get so many compliments. People usually can't even tell unless they've known me and I've told them. I've sent some friends to go here! I already can't wait to go back.
